ULSAT 2023 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates who wish to appear for ULSAT 2023 should meet the eligibility criteria prescribed below:

For LLB courses:

  • Candidates whose date of birth falls on or after 1st October 2001 are only eligible.
  • The applicants need to clear their class 12th exam with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
  • A pass in class 10th with at least 50% marks is required as well.

For LLM course:

  • The candidates should have completed their LLB degree program from a recognized university scoring at least 50% marks in aggregate.
  • A minimum of 50% marks in class 10th and 12th is also required.

ULSAT 2023 Application Form

Online application form for ULSAT 2023 can be obtained from the official website of the university www.upes.ac.in. Those who meet the prescribed eligibility criteria can apply for the ULSAT exam from the month of September 2022 onwards.

  • To fill the application form, the candidates will first have to enter their personal details like name, date of birth, gender, nationality, etc.
  • Details related to academic qualification such as marks obtained in 10th and 12th, mane of the school, board name, graduation marks, etc will also be asked in the form.
  • Next step will be the payment of the prescribed amount of application fee.

ULSAT 2023 Slot Booking

  • The process of booking slot for the entrance exam will begin tentatively from the month of April 2021.
  • Candidates who submit their online/ offline applications in time can book their exam slot by visiting the official website of the university www.upes.ac.in.
  • After successful booking of slot, test date and city will be allotted to the candidates as per their choice and availability.
  • UPES will allot the test date and city as per the availability for the students who fail to choose the test date and city of their choice.

Yes, the candidates can apply for the LLB programs of this university on the basis of CLAT Merit, LSAT India Merit or Board Merit. Such candidates will be invited directly for group discussion and interview. The candidates must satisfy the following conditions to be eligible:

  • CLAT/ LSAT India Merit: Candidates should have passed class 10th and 12th exam with minimum 50% marks and should also have CLAT AIR up to 15000 or LSAT India Percentile of 60 or above.
  • Board Merit: Candidates with minimum 80% marks in class 10th & 12th with English as one of the compulsory subject are exempted from ULSAT.

Is there any scholarship scheme available for admission to UPES law programs?
