UKSEE Counselling 2024: The counselling process of UKSEE will be commenced only after the announcement of UKSEE result. The authority has announced the result of UKSEE.
Shortlisted candidates who will be called for counselling round have to pay the applicable counselling fee.
The counselling of UKSEE will be held for those applicants who qualify the exam successfully and whose name will be displayed in the merit list. The authority will prepare the UKSEE merit list as per the candidate’s performance in entrance test. In order to appear in the counselling process, candidates will have to pay the Rs. 2060/ as necessary counselling fee through challan submitted in any SBI branch. On the successful submission of fee, students will be allowed to participate for counselling registration.
UKSEE Counselling Process 2024
At first, candidates have to pay the applicable counselling fee. Then, he/she will be considered eligible for counselling registration and choice filling. Candidates can complete the counselling registration & choice filling process online through the official counselling website of Veer Madho Singh Bhandari Uttarakhand Technical University.
After successful registration, applicant’s can fill the options for colleges and branch as per their preference. Lock your filled choices while filling the options. Document verification will be done at the time of counselling. Verification of candidate’s original documents is one of the important parts of counselling. So, candidates must carry all the important documents as mentioned in information brochure while appearing in the counselling.
Allocation of seats will be done purely on the basis of choices filled by the applicants and the merit rank of candidate. Selected candidates can collect their seat allotment letter online from the official website. Candidates should report to the allotted college/institute along with seat allotment letter and all the important documents/certificates.
List of documents required at the time of verification
The documents which will be verified during counselling are mentioned below:
- Class 10th passing certificate and mark sheet
- Class 12th passing certificate and mark sheet
- AF Certificate provided by Soldier’s board
- ID Card /class 12th admit card
- Domicile Certificate
- Medical Certificate
- PH, FF, Kashmiri Migrant Certificate, income certificate
- Minimum 4-passport size photographs
- Score Card of UKSEE Admit Card
