Osmania University, Hyderabad conducts TS LAWCET 2023 or Telangana State Law Common Entrance Test on behalf of the Telangana State Council of Higher Education. The exam is conducted for providing admission to 3-years and 5-years LLB Regular Courses in the Colleges of Law in Telangana for the academic session 2023-2024.

Nativity

  • All the aspirants should be Indian citizens.
  • The candidate must also satisfy the local/unreserved status requirement as laid down in the Andhra Pradesh Educational Institutions order, 1974.

Educational qualification

The educational qualification required for 3 year LLB and 5 year LLB are different as given below.

3 year LLB Course

  • The candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree in 10+2+3 pattern from a recognized university with a minimum of 45% aggregate marks.
  • Those aspirants who do not have 45% marks in graduation but have a PG degree with a minimum of 45% marks are also eligible.

5 year LLB Course

  • Applicant must have passed the 10+2 exam with at least 45% aggregate marks from a recognized board

Note: Aspirants who belong to SC/ST category will get a relaxation of 5% marks in the qualifying examination.

TS LAWCET 2023 Application Form

The application process of TS LAWCET 2023 examination will take place completely in online mode. Interested candidates who are looking to apply will be able to access the application form through the official website of the University.

  • To begin the application process, candidates have to pay the required application fee.
  • Candidates can either pay the application fee online or pay it by visiting the APOnline/ TSOnline center.
  • Aspirants can move on to next phase of the application process if the fee payment status is “Success”.
  • Then, applicants are required to fill all the details in the application form.
  • While filling details in the application form, candidates must ensure that all the information is correct.
  • It is compulsory to provide the roll number of the qualifying exam in the application form.
  • Apart from the details, candidates are also required to upload the scanned images of their passport size photograph and signature.

  • SC/ ST candidates need to pay Rs. 500/- as the application fee.
