Tripura JEE (TJEE) 2020: Admit Card, New Exam Date

The Tripura JEE (TJEE) 2020 will be conducted by the Tripura Board of Joint Entrance Examination (TBJEE) for admission in Engineering and other professional degree courses offered by different colleges in Tripura. Eligibility Criteria for Tripura JEE (TJEE) 2020

The eligibility criteria for the TJEE exam is provided below-

  • Nationality: Indian
  • Domicile: Permanent Resident of Tripura/parents working or residing in Tripura for 10 or more years/children of all India services officers of Manipur-Tripura cadre/children of employee of state government/children of central govt. employee posted in Tripura for minimum 3 years/children of ex-servicemen living in Tripura for minimum 5 years/children of defence personnel staying in Tripura for 5 years.
  • Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed class 12th from a recognized board/university with subjects they desire to appear at the TJEE.

Tripura JEE (TJEE) 2020 Application Form

The application form can be obtained from the office counter of TBJEE on payment of Rs. 100/- by cash or through the post. The form will also be available on the official website of the TJEE i.e. http://tbjee.nic.in/.  Candidates need to fill the details asked in the form very carefully, as for online form they will not be provided any correction window to edit the details in the form. The form should be submitted within the stipulated time. Applicants need to upload the scanned photograph and signature in the online application form. To submit their form, candidates must pay the examination fee given in the table. Before making a final submission, students should check the complete form. Incomplete or application form received without the stated examination fee will be rejected.

Preparation Tips for Tripura JEE (TJEE) 2020

There is a fixed routine that a candidate should follow if he/she wants to excel in the TJEE Exam. Here we’re providing the students some important preparation tips that they should follow to crack the exam with flying colors-

  • Candidates should know that they can prepare for the exam when the boards time table is announced. This is because the preparation of Board Exams & TJEE goes hand in hand. This is the ideal time for candidates to kill two birds with one stone.

Tripura JEE (TJEE) 2020 Admit Card

Candidates will get their admit card via post. The authority will send the TJEE admit card a month prior to the exam. It is necessary for all the students to bring their admit card along with a valid ID proof in the exam hall. The candidates who do not possess these documents will not be allowed to take the exam. In order to receive the admit card, the students must send a self-addressed envelope during the submission of the application form. Students must bring the same admit card for all the papers he/she has decided to appear for.

Result and Counselling

The result of the Tripura JEE (TJEE) 2020 will be announced by the authority on its official website. A merit list will be published for all the candidates selected based on the performance they gave in the exam. The short listed candidates will be called for the counselling where they’ll be allotted a seat in a college as per the preference made by them in the counselling, their merit rank and the availability of seats in the college.
