About Tripura Board of Secondary Education

The board shoulders responsibility of promoting and developing the secondary education in the state.  It is the state agency of the Government of Tripura. Most of the schools of the state are affiliated to the board. The board monitors the activities of all the schools affiliated to it and strives to bring large segment of the backward societies under its gamut and strengthen their powers on academic front.

Tripura Board of Secondary Education Roles

The board conducts examinations for Class IX, X, XI and XII. The exams are conducted in the month of March and April and the results are declared in May. Besides, syllabus made by the board for its exams and course material is subject to change in sync with changing standards. The results are updated on the site.
