As per the official notification of TNPG, its application form is available to download from January and it will end on in last week of January. Aspirants who are appearing in the exam need to submit their application in the prescribed format on or before the deadline. It is advised to aspirants to read the information brochure before they move to the application procedure. Your application must be filled and submitted in accordance to the information furnished in the brochure. Incomplete applications or applications having errors are liable to get rejected by the concerned department. Important Information
- Candidates need to download the application form from the official website.
- Now take the printout of your application and fill up all entries as specified.
- Now you need to paste your recent passport size photograph in the space provided in the application form.
- TNPG 2016 application fee specified by the conducting authority is Rs. 2000/-which needs to be paid through demand draft. Applicants are required to obtain the demand draft in favour of ‘The Secretary, Selection Committee’, payable at Chennai. Candidates belonging to SCA/SC/ST category and resident of Tamil Nadu state are exempted from paying the application fee.
- Write your name and program for which you are applying at the back side of the demand draft.
- Finally duly filled application form along with necessary certificates and demand draft should be sent to the concerned authority.
- Candidates need to attach only photocopies of requisite documents but it should be attested by a Gazetted Officer.
List of Necessary Documents Needs to Be Attached
- Diploma/MBBS course completion certificate issued by the college.
- Provisional or degree certificate issues by the university.
- Final mark sheet of MBBS Part II.
- Community certificate for applicants belonging to BCM/ BC/MBC/ SC/ DC and SCA category.
- Permanent medical registration certificate which is issued by any state medial council or medical council of India.
- CRRI completion certificate issued by Dean/Head of the Institute.
- HSC or its equivalent exam mark sheet.
- Nativity certificate along with necessary documents (if necessary) etc.
