TANCET Exam Pattern & Syllabus

TANCET Exam Pattern: Knowing TANCET exam pattern is highly important if you are appearing in this exam. Through this post, I’m here to describe important highlights of TANCET exam pattern which will help you to prepare for the exam in a scheduled way.

Along with exam pattern, I’m also giving here a quick look on TANCET syllabus. Please find the information and make your preparation efficient in exam point of view.

TANCET Syllabus

MBA Syllabus

Through MBA question paper, candidates would be examined on behalf of following things:

  • How well they are in applying data to business decision based on given critical business situation.
  • Passage based questions (comprehension).
  • How well they are in evaluating Mathematical problems of Graduate and plus two or its equivalent level.
  • Depth in written English.

MCA Syllabus

  • Questions would be asked in this section from Quantitative ability, Logical reasoning, Analytical Reasoning and Computer Awareness.
  • There will be few questions asked on verbal activity, basic science, etc.

M.E. / M.Tech. / M.Arch. / M.Plan Syllabus

  • There will be three parts of the question paper.
  • Part I and II will be compulsory to all, whereas, in Part III only that section needs to be answered what they had chosen at the time of registration.

TANCET Exam Pattern

For MBA Programme

  • There will be 100 questions in total.
  • Candidates would be provided 4 options for a single question.
  • There will be 1 mark given every correct response. It means the total marks of the question paper will be 100.
  • 1/3 marks get deducted for every incorrect response.

For MCA Programme

  • Total number of questions provided in the question paper will be 100.
  • Every question is associated with four options.
  • 1 mark will be added for every correct response.
  • Total marks of the question paper would be 100.
  • There will be 1/3 marks deducted for every incorrect response.

For M.E. /M.Tech. / M.Arch / M.Plan Programme
