Students not to wear shoes if appearing for AIPMT exam

Candidates have to for All India Pre- Medical Test on July 25^th 2015 have to pay close attention on their dress code along with their academic preparation. CBSE, the exam conducting body is giving due emphasis on dress code of students this time to avoid any cheating malpractices. CBSE has banned shoes along with many other accessory and clothing inside the examination hall. The initiative has been made to avoid any movement of electronic communication devices inside them.

Sources have revealed that CBSE is very particular about the dress code for the exam after having besieged by Hi-Tech scandal and orders from Supreme Court for conducting retest.

Female candidates are not allowed to wear any sort of ornaments like rings, earring, bracelets, nose pin etc inside the examination hall. Not only this, divine interventions like tabeez, charms, pendants are also disallowed. Open slippers are only allowed in foot-wears. Students can only carry half-sleeve T-shirt/Kurta and that too only those with small buttons.

It is for the first time that CBSE has explicitly written to the candidates of the students to prevent them from carrying any such item and ask them to comply with the guidelines so that they do not lose out on a chance to appear in the exam. The emotional appeal strives at delivering an extra layer of security and putting onus on parents to affirm effective conduct of AIPMT.

Date- July 25^th (Saturday)

Time  limit  10am to 1pm

Entry to centre closes- 9.30am

Physical frisking- Mandatory for all candidates

Dress code for exam

* It is important to wear light clothes with half sleeves shirt // kurta/ T-shirt with small button, brooch or any badge, flower and trouser/salwar etc

* Do not carry wear shoes, only open slippers area allowed

* Earrings, nose pin, rings, lucky charms, bracelets, pendants and tabeez are also not allowed
