Established in 1888 as St. Joseph’s School has now become St Josephs College Darjeeling. It is a government-aided, Christian minority, co-educational college located in Darjeeling, West Bengal. In 1927, the college started with the affiliation of Calcutta University which later on switched to University of North Bengal affiliation in 1962. Admission procedure- St Josephs College Darjeeling 

The applicants must have passed 12^th standard examination in any discipline from a recognized Board. The applicants who have cleared 12^th standard examination in vocational stream organized by West Bengal State Council of Vocational Education & Training can also apply for admissions.

The merit list for the selection of eligible applicants will be published in the official website of St Josephs College Darjeeling. The merit list will be made in descending format of merit index. In case of any tie, the preference will be given to higher subjects marks wherever it is applicable.

The selected applicants will be called for counseling. The applicants need to obtain their application form, application fee receipt, 10^th standard admit card, 10^th & 12^th standards mark sheets (original & photocopy), character certificate from previous school, caster certificate (if applicable), PH certificate (if applicable) at the time of counseling etc.
