SNAP 2022: Exam Pattern, Syllabus, Eligibility, Application Form

Symbiosis National Aptitude Test or SNAP test is conducted by Symbiosis International University. This examination is conducted to select candidates for admission to the MBA/ PGDM program offered by 16 constituent institutes of SIU. Selected candidates have to clear Group Exercise (GE), Personal Interaction (PI) and Written Ability Test (WAT) rounds after clearing the SNAP written exam in order to get admission. Interested and eligible candidates who want to apply need to submit an online application form before the last date. In this post, we are going to provide details related to the SNAP 2022 exam.

The SNAP eligibility criteria 2022 depend upon the course and institute to which you are looking to apply.

      • Course Name – MBA, MBA (Innovation and Entrepreneurship/ Information Technology/ Digital Transformation/ International Business/ Digital & Telecom Management/ Communication Management/ Information Technology Business Management/ Hospital and Healthcare Management/ Banking and Finance/ Sports Management/ Business Analytics/ Communication Management)
      • Educational Qualification – Candidates must have completed graduation from a recognized university with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent (45% for SC/ ST candidates).

      • Educational Qualification – Aspirants must have completed graduation in any Engineering stream (B.E. or B.Tech.) Aspirants also need to have a minimum of two years full-time work experience after completion of graduation.

Candidates also need to have a minimum of four years full time work experience after graduation.

Aspirants appearing in the final year examination of graduation can also apply.

SNAP 2022 Application Form

The application form for the SNAP 2022 examination will release in online mode only. Those who are looking to apply may access the application form through the official website. Complete details related to the application process are as follows.

  • To start the process of application, candidates have to register on the official website.
  • At the time of registration, aspirants are required to provide their basic details such as name, date of birth, mobile number, email address, etc.
  • Once registered, candidates may access the main application form and provide details.
  • In the main application form, candidates must provide their complete educational, personal, and contact details.
  • The details entered in the application form must be accurate. Otherwise, the application form can get rejected.
  • Apart from the details, aspirants are required to upload scanned images of their photograph and signature.
  • It is also necessary to pay the application fee along with the application form.
  • It is recommended to take a printout of the application form submitted and fee receipt.

  • The application fee is the same for all candidates i.e. Rs. 1750/- (non-refundable)
  • Mode of payment: Application fees can be paid online using a credit card, debit card, and internet banking. The application fee can also be paid in the form of a demand draft in favour of Symbiosis Test Secretariat” payable at Pune. SNAP 2022 Admit Card

  • The admit card for SNAP 2022 will release in online through the official website of Symbiosis University.
  • To download the admit card, candidates have to provide their registration details.
  • In the admit card, information such as date, time, and venue of the examination will be present.
  • Candidates must ensure that their passport size, colour photograph is pasted on the Admit Card at the place provided for before appearing for the test. The photograph should not be older than 3 months.
  • Along with the admit card, candidates also need to carry one photo ID proof – Passport, Driving License, Voter ID card, PAN Card, Aadhar Card (UID).

The pattern of SNAP 2022 examination is explained below.

  • Verbal Ability: Fill in the blanks, Synonyms & Antonyms, Vocabulary, Proverbs & Idioms, Sentence Correction, Critical Reasoning, Analogy, etc.

Answer Key

  • Symbiosis International University will publish answer keys for the exam before declaring the result.
  • Candidates will be able to match their answers with the SNAP official answer key and a rough idea about the marks they are going to score.
  • In case a candidate is not satisfied with the answer key then he/ she can submit the objection form.
  • In case of any changes, a revised answer key will be published. The result will be prepared on the basis of the final answer keys.

SNAP 2022 Result

  • The result of SNAP 2022 examination will be published on the official website.
  • In order to check the result, aspirants have to provide their SNAP ID and password.
  • In the result card, information related to the subject wise and total marks/ percentile obtained by candidates will be mentioned.

SNAP Cut off 2022

  • SNAP Cut off is the minimum mark must be obtained by candidates in order to clear the exam.
  • Please note that there will be no individual sectional cut offs out of a maximum score of 150 marks.
  • The cut off marks depend upon various factors such as difficulty level of the exam, number of students appearing for the exam, etc.

SNAP 2022 Admission Process

  • After clearing the SNAP written exam, shortlisted candidates will then be invited to take part in further rounds of selection.
  • These further rounds of selection include Group Exercise, Personal Interaction (PI), Writing Ability Test (WAT).
  • The final merit list will be prepared on the basis of candidate’s performance in all rounds of selection.

Question – 1: Can I apply for rechecking or re-evaluation in case I am not satisfied with the result?  

Answer: No, there is no provision for rechecking or re-evaluation.

Question – 2: Is there any sectional cut off in this exam?

Answer: No, there is no sectional cut off. Candidates have to clear the overall cut off only.

Question – 3: What if I can’t get admission? Will I get my application fee back?

Answer: No, the application fee will not be refunded in any case.
