SKUCET 2023: Online Application Date, Eligibility & Admission Procedure

The SKUCET 2023 Application Form will release in the month of March 2023 in online mode. Directorate of Admissions, Sri Krishnadevaraya University will release the official notification for SKUCET 2023 exam. It is an entrance exam after graduation through which the university will select the candidates for admission to post-graduation courses like M.A, M.Com, M.Sc., M.Ed, etc. The admission will be provided in Sri Krishnadevaraya University and all its affiliated colleges. SKUCET 2023 Eligibility Criteria 

SKUCET Eligibility Criteria 2023 depends upon the course in which you are looking for admission. It is one of the top M.Sc. Entrance Exams in India. General eligibility criteria for all the courses are as follows:

  • Applicants must have passed the qualifying exam with at least 40% marks in the relevant subject.
  • In case the admission is based on the degree as a whole then the candidates must have scored at least 40% aggregate marks in the group subjects.
  • For admission into M.Ed. course, the candidates should have 50% marks in B.Ed along with 40% marks in graduation/ post-graduation.
  • Students appearing for the final year exam in the year 2023 can also apply.

Note: SC/ ST candidates just need a pass in the qualifying exam for admission.

SKUCET 2023 Application Form

SKUCET Application Form 2023 will release online through the official website of the University. Interested candidates may visit the university website and access the application form from the home page. Given below are the instructions to fill out and submit the online application.

  • After, accessing the application form, the candidates have to enter their personal and academic details.
  • Some of the important details to be entered are qualifying exam, medium of study, class 10th records, address of correspondence, phone number, etc.
  • Please note that it is compulsory to have an active phone number to register for the SKUCET 2023 exam.
  • After entering the details, the candidates have to upload scanned images of their photograph and signature in a proper format.
  • Aspirants can submit the form after entering the details. An application number will be generated after the submission of details.
  • Then, the candidates have to pay the application fee after signing in using their application number and date of birth.
  • Aspirants should take a printout of the submitted application form after paying the fee.

  • The Application fee for all the candidates is Rs. 500/- to be paid online using a credit card, debit card or internet banking.

Admit Card

  • The university will publish the SKUCET 2023 admit card 10 days prior to the examination date.
  • To download a hall ticket, the candidates need to visit the university’s website and enter the application number.
  • Important details such as exam address and timing will be mentioned on the admit card.
  • No candidates will be allowed to write the exam without an admit card.
  • A hall ticket or admit card is an important document that should be kept preserved even after the exam.

SKUCET 2023 Result and Ranking

  • Sri Krishnadevarya University will declare the result in online mode through its official website.
  • The minimum qualifying mark in the SKUCET 2023 is 25. However, there is no minimum qualifying mark for SC/ ST candidates.
  • All the candidates will get a unique rank on the basis of their performance in the entrance exam.
  • In case of a tie, the candidates with more marks in the qualifying degree exam will get a better rank.
  • There is no provision for rechecking or reevaluation of the OMR answer sheets.

Counselling and Admission Procedure

  • To finalize the admission, successful candidates have to take part in the counselling process.
  • All the candidates have to pay Rs. 400/- (Rs. 200/- for SC/ ST candidates) to register for the counselling.
  • During the counselling process, the candidates have to provide their choices of colleges/ institute in which they want to study.
  • Documents of the candidates are also verified during this stage of the admission process.
