SHIAT-EE 2021 Eligibility Criteria
Candidates those would like to apply for admission they will have to go through an entrance test which is commonly conducted for entire undergraduate, postgraduate, M.Ed and B.Ed programmes. Eligibility Criteria for Undergraduate Programmes
- Candidates should have acquired minimum 50% marks in 10+2 from a recognized board (45% marks in case of PH/SC/ST category candidates).
- Candidates who are appearing for 10+2 exam can apply but they’ll have to show proof of qualifying the exam at the time of admission.
Eligibility Criteria for B.Ed Programmes
- Candidates must have master’s/bachelor’s degree along with 50% of marks.
- Candidates should hold 2 years of teaching experience in the relevant subjects.
Eligibility Criteria for Postgraduate Programmes
- Candidates should have obtained at least 60% marks in the bachelor degree with relevant subject.
- Appearing candidates are eligible to apply but they will have show the proof of passing the exam at the time of admission.
SHIAT-EE 2021 Application Form: How to Apply?
SHIAT-EE 2021 application procedure basically contains three major steps:
- Obtain the Application Form
Candidates can obtain the application form from “The Registrar, Sam Higginbottom Institute of Agriculture, Technology & Sciences, Allahabad” through registered post by sending a demand draft of requisite amount. Or,

It is also possible to fill up the application form online from the official website. Once the application form filling process is done, candidates need to remit the application fee by using an online generated challan.
- Filling up the Application Form
Candidates need to fill up the application form by entering all genuine details such as Candidates name, Nationality, Gender, Date of Birth, Educational qualifications, Parents/guardian details etc.
- Submission of the Application Form

SHIAT-EE 2021 Exam Pattern
Let’s have a look on the important highlights about SHIAT-EE 2021 exam pattern mentioned below:
- All questions will be objective type 1 mark questions.
- 1 mark will be deducted for each wrong answer.
- The undergraduate will have two basic parts; the first part will be for PCB / PCM / PCMB / HBC group and another part will be for ARTS / AGRI / COM.
- Total number of questions asked in the first part will be 150 which will be later subdivided into two sections namely compulsory section and optional section. Compulsory section will have 60 questions from general aptitude and 30 questions from every section namely Physics, Biology, Mathematics, Chemistry and Home Science.
- Second part will also have 150 questions.
- Language mode of the exam for under graduate program will be English as well as Hindi but for post graduate programs, the medium will be English only.
