Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed):

  • Candidates should have cleared their Senior Secondary (10+2) exam from Board of School Education Haryana, Bhiwani or its equivalent with five subjects including English as one of the subjects.
  • Minimum qualifying marks of 50% at Senior Secondary (10+2) level (47.5% for Scheduled Castes (SC), Backward Classes (BC) and Differently abled candidates) is required.
  • The candidate should have done Matric with Hindi or Sanskrit as one of the subjects.

  • Candidates should have cleared their Senior Secondary (10+2) exam from Board of School Education Haryana, Bhiwani or its equivalent with five subjects including English as one of the subjects.

SCERT Haryana D.El.Ed 2023 Application Form

  • The application form for SCERT Haryana D.El.Ed Admission 2023 will be released on the official websiteswww.dedharyana.org or www.scertharyana.gov.in.
  • To fill the application form, the candidates will have to provide their basic personal, academic and contact details.
  • Scanned copies pf photograph, signature and Aadhaar card should be uploaded in the application form.
  • Candidates also need to provide their choice for institute at the time of filling the application form.
  • Care should be taken to not make any mistake in the application form or else it might get rejected.

Merit List Preparation

  • A list of the registered candidates will be made based on their performance in the qualifying exam and the choice provided by them at the time of application.
  • This list will contain the basic details of the candidates and of the institute allotted to them.
  • Candidates will be able to check this list by visiting the official websiteswww.dedharyana.org or www.scertharyana.gov.in.
  • Those with names in this list will be able to download their admission letter from the respective account.

  • At the time of admission, the candidates must report with all the important documents in original.

Can a candidate from outside Haryana state apply for D.El.Ed admission?

The admission will be open to bonafide residents of Haryana and outside Haryana candidates as well. However, outside Haryana candidates will be eligible for admission to 15% of the total available seats.

Do I need to appear for any entrance exam for admission to Haryana D.El.Ed course?

No exam will be conducted and the merit list will be prepared purely on the basis of percentage of marks obtained in 10+2 examination stream-wise (Arts, Science, Commerce & Vocational).

How can I get a refund on the application fee?

The application fee once submitted will not be refunded to the candidates under any circumstances.
