State Council of Educational Research and Training (Scert), Assam holds the responsibility of managing the AssamD.El.Ed. 2023 Admission process. This a training course by which a candidate becomes eligible to apply for posts of primary teachers. The admission will be offered on the basis of the Pre-entrance test. It is the responsibility of candidates to make sure that they are eligible before filling the application form. Domicile

  • Candidates must be permanent residents of Assam.

Age Limit

  • The age of an applicant should not be less than 18 years and more than 34 years as of 1st July 2023. The upper age limit for SC/ ST (P)/ ST (H) candidates is 36 years.

Educational Qualification

  • Aspirants must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized board/ council with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks excluding marks secured in extra optional.

Language

  • Candidates should have the abilities to write, read, and converse fluently in the regional language.

SCERT Assam D.El.Ed. Application Form

Interested and eligible candidates who are looking to apply must submit the application form in online mode. To access the application form, aspirants are required to visit the official website i.e. www.scertassam.co.in. Complete details regarding the application form submission process are explained below.

  • First of all, candidates have to visit the official website and begin the registration process.
  • At the time of registration, aspirants are required to provide some of their basic details including name, email address, phone number, etc.
  • The login credentials will be generated for all the candidates after the registration process.
  • Next, candidates are required to sign-in and access the main application form.
  • In the main application form, aspirants have to provide their complete academic, personal, and contact details.
  • Candidates must ensure that they enter authentic details in the application form.
  • Apart from the details, candidates must upload scanned images of their passport size photograph and signature.
  • Once a candidate is done with submitting the application form then he/ she need to pay the required application fee.
  • It is advised that candidates must take a printout of the application form and keep it safe for future references.

Application Fee

  • Candidates for all categories need to pay the application fee of Rs. 400/- in order to apply.
  • The application fee should be paid online using a credit card, debit card, or internet banking.

Admit Card

  • Once the application form submission gets over, the exam authority will release the admit card for candidates.
  • Candidates have to visit the official website and provide their registration details in order to download their admit card.
  • Only those candidates who will fill and submit the application form along with application fees before the last date will be able to download the admit card.
  • Information related to the date, time, venue of the examination will be mentioned on the admit card.
  • It is compulsory for all candidates to carry a hard copy of the admit card at the examination centre. Otherwise, they will not be allowed to enter the exam hall.

  • General English: Tenses, vocabulary, preposition, verbs, comprehension, narration, voice-change, antonyms, synonyms, etc.
  • General Knowledge:Every day Science, Sports. Art and culture, Inventions and discoveries, History of Assam, constitution of India, abbreviations, who is who, Current affairs, World Organizations, New Educational Initiatives, Educational Organizations, Educational Commissions and Committees, Geography of India, etc.

SCERT Assam D.El.Ed. 2023 Answer key

  • Soon after the examination, the answer keys will be uploaded online through the official website.
  • Candidates will be able to match their answer keys with the correct ones.
  • With the help of answer keys, candidates will be able to get a rough idea about the marks they are going to score in the exam.

Result

  • The result of SCERT Assam D.El.Ed. 2023 PET will release online.

  • Electricity charges and others: Rs. 35/- per month for the candidates staying at the hostel. Rs 25/- per month for the candidates staying outside.
