Eligibility criteria for RDVV Jabalpur PhD Admission 2022

• The aspirants should hold master’s degree in the subject from which he/she intend to do Doctor of Philosophy. They must obtain minimum of 55% marks in the qualifying examination.
• Applicants, who have cleared national level test such as GATE/ NET etc and state level test such as MPSLET, credited by the Teacher fellowship holders or UGC or holders of M.Phil degree through entrance test will be excused from the entrance test.

RDVV Jabalpur PhD Admission 2022 Application form: How to apply?

Eligible candidates seeking admission to PhD programme will be required to submit the application through online process on or before due date with online payment of Rs. 2000/-plus online service charges through Rani Durgavati University, Jabalpur website i.e. http://www.rdunijbpin.nic.in

Take the print out of duly filled in application form. The printed copy of online filled-in application form along with attested mandatory documents etc. should be sent to the Head of the university teaching department/ Departmental Research Committee of the concerned subject for examination.

Phd Admission Entrance test

• The admission entrance exam will consist of one multiple choice objective type paper having 100 questions of one mark.
• The exam will cover all the basic papers of the concerned post-graduate programme.
• Duration of entrance exam will be 3 hours
• There will be no negative marking in the entrance test.
• The applicants should obtain at least of 40 % marks (35% for candidates belonging to SC/ST/Physically Handicapped) to qualify the entrance exam.

Interview Round

Candidates who successfully cleared the Entrance Test will have to appear for an interview. The interview board will comprise of all the members of the Departmental Research Committee along with 4 subject supervisors from the colleges.

Admission Process

For selection in PhD programme the candidates have to give an entrance test followed by an Interview.

A merit list will be made by the committee on the basis of the written entrance exam and submitted to the Registrar and informed accordingly. The applicants will be considered for admission according to their merit.
