Rajasthan University CCT Admission 2022: University of Rajasthan, Jaipur invites applications from eligible candidates who are looking for career in NBIC (Nano/ Bio/ Info/ Cogno) Technologies for admission to academic session 2022-23.

The Center for Converging Technologies (CCT) at the Rajasthan University, Jaipur is conceptualized as a centre to reinforce quality education and to pursue high standard research in the cutting edge areas of NBIC technologies so as to step up techno-economic development of the country.

The CCT offers following academic programs for the academic year 2022-23:

Phd Programme: The students can pursue PhD program in the areas of Nanotechnology, Biotechnology and Bioinformatics, Information and Communication Technology, and Cognitive and Neuroscience.

Master’s programme: Center offers Master’s degree programme in the following three categories

• Integrated Dual degree Master of Technology- 5-year duration
• Master of Technology (B.Sc. / BCA pass) – three-year duration
• Master of Technology (for B.E./ B.Tech. /M.Sc pass candidates)- two-year duration

 Eligibility Criteria

For 5-year Integrated Dual degree Master of Technology

• The aspirants must have qualified 10+2 with science subjects (both Mathematics and Biology group) with scoring the minimum of 55% score or equivalent grade in the Senior Secondary Examination of RBSE or CBSE or equivalent.
• Candidates who are pursuing 12th examination in 2022 are also eligible to apply, provided, they have to fulfill the required criteria of passing the 12th examination.

For Three year Master of Technology

Candidates who have completed B.Sc. /B.C.A. or equivalent examination with scoring minimum of 55% score or equivalent grade are eligible to apply.

For two year Master of Technology

Candidates who have completed B.E. / B. Tech. / M.Sc. or equivalent examination with scoring minimum of 55% score or equivalent grade are eligible to apply.

There will be reservation of seats as per University and Government of Rajasthan policy

Application Fee

Candidates have to pay Rs 1000/- through a Demand draft that must be Drawn in favour of Director, Center for Converging Technologies, payable at Jaipur.

Selection Process

For 5-year Integrated Dual degree Master of Technology

Selection will be made purely on the basis of merit in international/national level entrance exams like JEE (Main), JEE (Advanced), NEET etc or 12^th Board Examination.

For Three year Master of Technology

Selection of candidates will be done on the basis of merit in B.Sc. /B.C.A examination.

For two year Master of Technology

Selection of candidates will be done on the basis of merit in B.E. / B. Tech. / M.Sc

The admission in Phd programme will be done through Uniraj-MPAT examination
