The Raja Balwant Singh College, Agra was established in 1943 when Dr R. K. Singh made his efforts to lay the foundation of the Institute. The college was started with normal Arts and Science courses and later, many other programmes specially masters course in Agriculture became the offerings of the college. Now, the institute offers various programmes in management, commerce, Computer Science, Biotechnology.
