About the University
Founded in the year 1988, PES University Bangalore is a well known private and self-financing university. Initially, the university was named as PES Institute of Technology but later in the year 2013 it renamed as the present name “PES University”. The university is providing education in four educational fields including Engineering, Management, Medicine and Life Sciences. It offers both foundation programme in these fields, as well as specialization with a Master/ Bachelors/ PhD degree. All academic courses are approved by the AICTE.

PES University Bangalore Admission Process
Every year, PESU enrolls 40% of candidates to undergraduate courses based on their Karnataka CET scores and 60% seats are filled by PESSAT (conducted by PES University) ranks. The university also offers admission under Management quota, which does not require any merit ranks.
Admission to postgraduate courses will be done on the basis of GATE test scores as well as Post Graduate Karnataka CET scores.
