Orissa University of Agriculture and Technology (OUAT) is the responsible authority which conducts OUAT entrance exam every year. OUAT 2024 will be organized for the selection of eligible candidates in UG, PG and doctoral programmes.

OUAT is the gateway to get admission to Orissa University of Agriculture and Technology in the field of agriculture, veterinary science, horticulture, animal husbandry, fishery science, agriculture engineering and technology, home science and forestry.

For Undergraduate programmes:

B.Sc (Ag)A pass in 10+2 with passed with PCM or PCB subjects along with scoring at least of 50% aggregate marks (40% marks in case of SC/ST/PH candidates).
B.Sc (Horticulture)Candidate should have completed 10+2 with PCM or PCB subjects with scoring no less than 50% marks (40% marks for SC/ST/PH candidates) in aggregate.
B.Sc (Forestry)A pass in 10+2 with PCM or PCB subjects obtaining minimum of 50% aggregate marks (40% marks in case of SC/ST/PH candidates).
B.V.Sc. & A.H.Applicants should have passed 10+2 examination with PCB scoring minimum of 50% aggregate marks (40% for candidates from SC/ST/PH category)
B.F.Sc.Must be completed 10+2 with Science subjects i.e. PCB with no less than 50% aggregate marks (40% marks for applicants belonging to SC/ST/PH category).
B.Tech (Ag. Engg.)A pass in 10+2 with Science subjects i.e. PCM with at least of 50% aggregate marks (40% for candidates from SC/ST/PH category).

OUAT 2024 Application Form

OUAT application form will be released in online mode. The application form for UG course is most likely to release by May, while it will release in August 2024 for PG and PhD courses.

Candidates should enter only correct information in the application form, otherwise your admission may not be granted.

Application Fee:

  • UG course: Rs.1500/-
  • PG course: Rs.1400/-

One can pay OUAT application fee using credit card, debit card, and net banking.

Admit card

Candidates who have registered successfully can download their OUAT Form-A-cum-admit card from the official website of the University.

The authority will release admit card for UG course in July 2024, while for PG course it will release in September 2024. While appearing in the examination center, candidates are needed to bring their admit card along with one identity proof, and copy of e-receipt.

Examination Pattern

OUAT 2024 UG exam will consist of multiple choice questions of 200 marks. The exam would be conducted over a duration of 2 hours. The language mode of the exam will be English only.

Result
