Alagappa University Mphil admissions eligibility criteria:

Applicants who want to appear in Alagappa University entrance exam for availing admissions in Mphil courses must have completed master degree in any stream with at least 55% of marks (50% for reserved category candidates such as SC, ST, Visually differently-disabled, physically disable).

Entrance Exam Pattern: The examination will comprise few MCQs (Multiple Choice Questions) and it will be held on a prescribed date for all MPhil Courses.

Selection Process: The selection of applicants will be made on the basis of total marks obtained in the entrance examinations and merit in qualifying degree.

Applicants belonging to general category have to pay Rs 500/ and candidates from reserved categories need to pay Rs.250/. Candidate can make payment through Demand Draft drawn in favor of “The Registrar, Alagappa University”, payable at Karaikudi.
