NMIMS NPAT 2022 Examination will be conducted by the Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies for admission into various UG and PG courses provided by the schools under it. Through the exam, the candidates can enroll themselves into the courses such as B.Tech, MBA (Tech.), MBA (Pharma Tech), B.Sc, Economics, B.Com (Hons.), B.A (Hons.) etc.  Candidates interested in pursuing the stated courses need to apply for the exam to be eligible for the admission. Important Dates for NMIMS NPAT 2022

Given below are the official dates of NMIMS NPAT 2022 Examination. The authority has released only few dates regarding the exam.

Eligibility Criteria for NMIMS NPAT 2022

Given below are the eligibility criteria for NMIMS NPAT 2022, that the candidates must satisfy-

B.Tech & MBA (Integrated Degree)

• Age criteria: A candidate must not be more than 25 years old.
• Educational Qualification: The candidate should have passed class 12^th or equivalent including International Baccalaureate Diploma (IB certificate/& DP awarded candidates are not eligible) with English and Science/science vocational.
• Percentage Required: For Mumbai/Navi Mumbai/Indore campus, candidates should have scored minimum 50% marks and 45% for Shirpur campus. The IB Diploma candidates can apply only if they have studied Mathematics at the higher level. Candidates with Diploma in engineering (minimum 50% marks) can also apply. Candidates appearing in class 12^th are also eligible for the exam.

MBA Pharma Tech (B.Pharma + MBA)

• Age criteria: A candidate must not be more than 25 years old.
• Educational Qualification: The candidate should have passed class 12^th or equivalent including International Baccalaureate Diploma (IB certificate/& DP awarded candidates are not eligible) with English and Science/science vocational.
• Percentage Required: A candidate must have scored minimum 50% marks in PCM/PCB.

NMIMS NPAT 2022 Application Form

The application form of the NPAT exam can be obtained from the official website of the NMIMS. Candidates need to register for the exam to fill the application form. For registration, they need to provide the details such as Email ID, Phone number, Aadhar card, Name etc. The registration details will be sent to the Email ID. Candidates can use the same details to login. The form should be filled very carefully. Candidates will have to upload the scanned copy of the signature and the photograph in proper format. Applicants must pay the application fee to submit their application form successfully.

There will be two shifts conducted by the authority and each shift will comprise of two papers i.e. Paper-I and Paper-II. The pattern of these papers is as follows:

NMIMS NPAT Syllabus 2022

Given below is the common syllabus of the NMIMS NPAT 2022-

• Quantitative & Numerical Ability: Algebra, Arithmetic, Sets & Functions, Elementary Statistics & Probability, Trigonometry, Number System etc.
• Reasoning & General Intelligence: Critical Thinking, Verbal-Logical Reasoning, Data Sufficiency, Numerical Reasoning, Data Interpretation, Spatial Reasoning etc.
• Proficiency in English Language: Error Recognition, Applied Grammar, Vocabulary, Sequence of Ideas, Comprehension Reading, etc.

Syllabus for Design Course

• Spatial Ability & Visualization: Principle of Perception & Visual Design, Spatial Relationship, Knowledge of practical & everyday mechanical & scientific concepts.
• Observation & Problem solving: Ability to detect concealed properties in ordinary things, people, situations, and events, and thinking critically about them, Applying attention to certain details, analyzing, reasoning, classifying, inferring and predicting, Ability to discern subtle differences in visual  properties and aesthetic outcomes.
• General Awareness & Design Sensibility: Climate, Environment, Pollution, Weather, Natural Resources, and their implication on the design of products, images, infrastructure, and environment, awareness of social & cultural connection, history of design artifacts, History of art, sculpture, and literature.

Preparation Tips for NMIMS NPAT 2022

A candidate should follow the tips given below which will help them in cracking the entrance exam effectively-

• First and foremost, go through the entire syllabus before starting the exam preparation.
• Make a daily routine of topics to be studied and follow it no matter what.
• Prepare shorts and simple notes to save the time and for quick revision.
• Always remember to revise the topics studied at the end of the day.
• Solve as many as mock tests as you can.
• Focus on the Quantitative and Reasoning part first and then move for the English one.
• Practice meditation whenever you feel stressed.

NMIMS NPAT 2022 Admit Card

The admit card for NMIMS NPAT exam can be downloaded from the official website. Candidates should keep a printout of the same for future use. It is important for all the candidates to carry the admit card in the exam hall. The entry to the hall will be denied to those who do not possess the same. Applicants also need to carry a valid ID proof along with the admit card to the exam hall. Candidates should carefully check the details printed on the admit card and must reach the venue on time.

Result and Counselling

Candidates can check their result of NMIMS NPAT 2022 through the official website. To access the result, candidates will have to login using the NPAT ID, and DOB. The result will be presented in form of a merit list. The merit list will be published on the website based on the scores obtained by the students in the exam. Candidates short listed according to the merit list will be called for the counselling process. The schedule of the same can be checked from the official portal of the NMIMS. In the counselling, students will be allotted a seat in the schools and course of their choice given the availability in the same.
