NMAT Application Form 2023: Register Online, How to Apply?

NMAT 2023 additional registration may commence from January 2023. The candidates interested in this management test can fill up the application form. To avoid any kind of rush at the time of form submission, the candidates are advised to submit the form before the last date. Application form for retaking the exam will also be made available and the candidates can fill them as per their interest. However, it is important to check the eligibility criteria before proceeding with the process of form filling. This article presents the important details of NMAT Application Form such as important dates, application fee, etc.

The first step will be the creation of an account using a valid email id, applicants’ name, country, contact number and date of birth.

The candidates will then have to provide personal and educational details, contact information, details of work experience, the list of programmes to send scores, and the type of the identity proof to be shown at the test centre.

Next, the applicants will have to select their ‘schools preference’ to which they want to send their scores.

The photograph and signature of the candidate will also be uploaded in the application form.

After entering all the details, click on the ‘submit form’ button for the successful, submission of the form. No changes in the application form, except for School Preference and Communication Preferences, can be made once you click on this button.

A registration number will appear on the screen and ‘proceed with online payment’ link will appear on the side.

This link will direct you towards the Make Payment screen where you can make payment via Visa or MasterCard Credit Card/Debit Card/ Net Banking/ American Express Card/ Diners Card, IMPS, UPI and Mobile Wallets. The structure of the related fee is given in the table below:

Late registration INR 2500 + applicable taxes
Retake INR 2000 + applicable taxes
Reschedule INR 1100 + applicable taxes
Additional Score Reports (after first five) Rs. 200/- per score report

Note: Other applicable taxes will be charged separately.

The successful payment of the application fee will complete the registration process and the candidate will receive an email containing the registration number.

Important notes about Retake and Reschedule

  • The candidates are provided 3 attempts for NMAT in a year.
  • The retake option is enabled after the previous exam date is over.
  • The candidates will just have to click on the retake button and make the fee payment. No details need to be filled for retake application form.
  • There should be a minimum gap of 15 days between two retakes.
  • Those who are not able to appear in the exam on the date selected earlier can reschedule their exam up to 72 hours prior to the original exam date.
