NMAT Admit Card 2023: Exam Instructions, Exam Centres, How to Download Hall Ticket?

The Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC) conducts the NMAT exam every year in order to shortlist the candidates to MBA programme. The admissions will be offered in some of the top B-schools in India like Amity University, Benett University, SRM University etc. In order to appear for this exam in the year 2022, the candidates have to carry NMAT Admit Card 2023. The candidates can get the NMAT Admit card after slot booking.

The candidates have to appear for the NMAT exam between August 2022 to October 2022 for the 2022-23 session. The aspirants can choose date and time of the exam as per preference. In this post, we will discuss complete details regarding the NMAT Admit Card 2023.

NMAT Slot Booking 2023

In order to appear for the NMAT exam, the candidates have to book slots for the exam.

  • The candidates can book their slot for exam along with the registration.
  • The process of registration and slot booking take place in online mode through the official website i.e. www.nmat.org.in.
  • During slot booking the candidates have to choose exam center and schedule of the exam.
  • Please note that slot will be booked on the basis of first come, first served basis.
  • The slots will be booked as per the availability of seats.

How to download NMAT Admit Card 2023?

The aspiring candidates can follow the steps given below in order to download the NMAT Hall ticket 2023.

  • After the complete of slot booking, the candidates will receive an email regarding their exam center name, address, exam dates and timing within 24 hours.
  • After receiving the email, the candidates can visit the official website to download NMAT exam Admit card 2023.
  • In order to download the admit card, the candidates have to log in using their username and password.
  • The admit card will be downloaded in PDF format.
  • The candidates should take a printout of downloaded admit card for future requirement.

Note: In case any candidate does not receive email even after 24 hours of slot booking then the candidate should contact the authorities immediately.

 Details available on the NMAT 2023 Hall ticket

The following details will be available on the NMAT admit card

  • NMAT ID
  • Candidate’s name.
  • Parent’s name
  • Gender
  • Date of Birth
  • Photograph and signature of the candidate

Note: Testing authorities will enter the exam date on the admit card on the exam day.

Documents required at the date of exam.

The candidates should reach the exam center at least 30 minutes before the reporting time with following documents.

  • Print out of email confirmation
  • Hard copy of NMAT Admit Card 2023
  • Any one of the following Photo identity proof (containing the name and photograph of the candidate)
    • PAN Card
    • Passport
    • Voter ID card
    • Aadhar Card
  • Any one of the following signature poof (containing the name and signature of the candidate)
    • PAN Card
    • Passport
    • Credit/ Debit card
    • Driving license

The leaner’s license, Photocopies of the original documents, notarized copies of the documents will not be accepted as the valid ID proof.

Note: The candidate should carry both original and photocopy of the above-mentioned documents.

Western Region: Pilani, Surat, Vadodara, Nagpur, Nasik, Pune

Eastern Region: Kolkata, Patna, Ranchi, Shillong, Bhubaneswar, Guwahati, Jamshedpur

Nepal: Kathmandu

Bangladesh: Dhaka

Exam Day Instruction for the candidates:

  • The candidates should try to reach at least 30 minutes before the reporting time at the examination center
  • Make sure that the TA sign at the NMAT Admit card 2023 at the prescribed space.
  • The candidates should not carry mobile phone and any other electronic gadget at the examination hall.
  • The aspirants cannot leave the examination hall until the exam duration is over.
  • Don’t not misplace your admit card as it will be required at the later stages of admission procedure.
