Admission Procedure for M.Tech in NIT Trichy

Candidates will get admission into M.Tech programs through CCMT (Centralized Counseling for M.Tech, M.Arch, M.Plan). Candidates who have qualified in GATE must apply for CCMT if they would like to get admission into M.Tech programs offered at NIT Trichy.

Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates are eligible to apply for CCMT if they have

• A valid GATE score.
• Secured 60% marks or CGPA of 6.5 out of 10 in the qualifying degree (For SC/ST category candidates: 55% or CGPA of 6/10).

Admission Procedure for M.Sc in NIT Trichy

NIT Trichy is offering M.Sc program in Chemistry, Physics and Computer Science. An entrance examination is conducted by NIT Trichy by qualifying which candidates can get admission into M.Sc program.

Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates should have secured 60% marks in aggregate or 6.5 CGPA in the qualifying degree exam (candidates from SC/ST category will get 5% relaxation in marks).
