Eligibility Criteria for PhD in Engineering Program

Candidates should have achieved at least 60% or 6.5 CGPA in aggregate (55% or 6.0 in aggregate for SC/ST category candidates) in Bachelor’s and Master’s degree/MS(by research) in Engineering or Technology.

Eligibility Criteria for PhD in Architecture Program

Candidates should have achieved at least 60% or 6.5 CGPA in aggregate (55% or 6.0 in aggregate for SC/ST category candidates) in bachelors degree in Architecture / Planning and master’s degree in Design / Architecture / Planning / Building Technology/ Building Engineering and Management or its equivalent.

Eligibility Criteria for MS Program

• Candidates should have completed B.E/B.Tech with at least 60% or 6.5 CGPA in aggregate (55% or 6.0 in aggregate for SC/ST category candidates) and hold a valid GATE score.
• Candidates belonging to AMIE / AMIIM are required to score at least 55% marks.
