Candidates having Master’s Degree in Engineering and Technology in the applicable stream with minimum 60% marks or at least of 6.5 CGPA in both Bachelor’s and Master’s degree programmes from recognized institute or university are eligible to apply in PHD admissions at NIT Goa. (For reserved categories i.e. SC/ST there is relaxation of 55% marks or 6.0 CGPA)
