Ph.D at NIT Calicut
Eligibility Criteria Ph.D at NIT Calicut
- For Ph.d in Engineering or Faculty of Engineering, M.tech degree is required with minimum of 60% marks and 55% marks for SC/ ST.
- For PhD in Architecture, Masters degree is requires in Architecture, Designing, Planning, Engineering or Technology with a minimum of 60% marks and 55% marks for SC and ST.
- For PhD in Nano- Science and Technology requires a M.Tech degree in any of the one disciplines as in Engineering, Technology, Nano-Science and Technology with a minimum of 60% marks and 55% marks for SC and ST.
- For PhD in Bio-Technology needs M.Tech degree in life science, bio-technology with a minimum of 60% marks and a minimum of 55% marks.
- For PhD in Science needs either a master’s degree in statistics, mathematics, chemistry, electronics, nano&science technology, material science, photonics, computer applications and physics or M.Tech in any of the relevant related areas with a minimum of 60% marks for general category and 55% for SC/ST.

B.Tech/B.Arch at NIT Calicut
