NIRD PGDRDM 2022: Candidates, who always dream to be part of the development campaigns and rural development functionaries and thinks to be the cause of the development of the rural India, can apply for admission into the National Institute of Rural Development (NIRD) to pursue the Post Graduate Development Programme in Rural Development Management (PGDRDM).

Details about the Eligibility Criteria

Candidates need to fulfill the eligibility criteria before they think about applying for the admission in National Institute of Rural Development and Panchayti Raj (NIRDPR). Here, candidates have been given the details about the eligibility criteria which they must need to fulfill for the admission in the institute.

• Candidates need to have passed the Bachelor Examination form any institute or University recognized by the State Legislature or Parliament.
• There is no boundation on the stream as candidates can have any stream in their graduation to take admission for PGDRDM.
• Candidates of the reserved category viz. SC and ST category will be given the reservation as per the rules set by the Government.

How to apply thru the Application Form?

• Candidates need to apply thru the online application form which will be available on the official website of the Institute.
• Candidates will have to open the link of the application form and need to fill all the details in the application form such as their name, father’s name, date of birth etc.
• Candidates will also be asked to submit their mobile number and email address in the application form.
• The email which will be provided by the candidates must be active and valid as candidates will be communicated regarding admission thru the email address provided by the candidates.
• Candidates need to upload their scanned copy of photo and signature within the online application form.
• After filing all the details in the application form candidates will have to take the printout of the application form and need to attach all the scanned copies of their educational documents.
• Candidates of the reserved category will have to make the submission of scanned copy of their caste certificate as well along with the application form.
• Candidates will then need to submit the application form online.

Details about the Scanned Photo and Signature

Candidates will be asked to upload the scanned copy of their photo and signature in the application form and the size and format of the scanned copies must be in accordance with the guidelines provided in the official notification.

• The pixel parameters of the photo must be as ‘132×170’ and the size of the file should be 20kb to 50kb.
• The pixel parameters of the scanned signature should be as ‘132×72’ and the size of the file should be 10kb to 20kb.

Details about the Application Fee

• Candidates will also have to make the payment of the application fee before making the submission of the application fee.
• Candidates will make the payment of Rs. 200 as the application fee.
• Candidates belonging to the reserved category will make the submission of Rs. 100 as application fee.

Admission Process

• Candidates will be given the admission on the basis of the marks attained by them in the entrance examination which will be conducted by the institute.
• Candidates will have to attain minimum qualifying marks in the entrance examination which will be decided by the university.
• Candidates who are unable to attain the minimum qualifying marks will be denied the admission in the institute.
