NIPER JEE 2023: Admit Card released on 15 June, Exam Date, Result

NIPER JEE 2023: National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (NIPER) will be inviting applications from eligible candidates for admission to Master’s & PhD Program for the academic session 2023-2024. The admissions to Master’s & PhD courses will be done NIPER Joint Entrance Exam (NIPER JEE). Interested and eligible candidates can apply as per prescribed eligibility criteria. Master of Science (MS) in Pharmacy – 2 years

Branches: Natural Products, Medical Chemistry, Traditional Medicine, Pharmacology & Toxicology, Pharmaceutical Analysis, Pharmaceutics, Regulatory Toxicology, Pharmaco-informatics, Biotechnology

Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm) – 2 years

Branches: Pharmacy Practice; Pharmaceutical Technology (Formulations); Clinical Research

Master of Technology (M.Tech) in Pharmacy

Branches: Pharmaceutical Technology (Biotechnology), Pharmaceutical Technology (Process Chemistry)

Master of Business Administration (MBA) Pharmacy – 2 years

Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) – 4 years

Branches: Pharmaceutical Analysis; Medicinal Chemistry; Pharmacology and Toxicology; Pharmaceutical Technology (Process Chemistry); Pharmaceutics

Eligibility Criteria for NIPER JEE 2023

  • Interested candidates must hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the respective stream according to the course for which they want to apply
  • Besides, the candidates should have scored a minimum of 60% or 6.75 GPA (55% or 6.25 for candidates belonging to SC/ST category and 50% or 5.75 GPA for PH applicants) aggregate marks in the qualifying examination.
  • The applicants are also required to have a valid NET or GATE or GPAT score.

NIPER JEE 2023 Application Form: How to apply?

Interested and eligible candidates will apply online on the official website of NIPER i.e.  www.niperhyd.ac.in/admissions.aspx as per given instructions. The process of online registration is listed below:

  1. Open the link of Registration/Login for NIPER Joint Entrance Examination 2023.
  2. Fill the online application form available on the website very carefully and correctly.
  3. Upload the scanned copy of recent photograph and signature.
  4. Pay the registration fees through net-banking / e-Challan / Credit Card / Debit Card along with extra Bank Charges as per rule of Bank.
  5. Candidate can download the Registration Form after the successful submission of the fee.
  6. Take a print out of registration form, put signatures at the specified fields and attach the required documents such as a copy of award letter pertaining to NETJRF of DBT/ CSIR/UGC/ICMR and Sponsorship certificate from Industry/ Government-sponsored applicants, an original slip of the fee payment of e-challan (if fee payment is made by e-challan)should be sent to Chairman, NIPER JEE-PhD, National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (NIPER), Balanagar, Hyderabad – 500 037, Telangana State (via registered post/ speed post/ in person) on or before the due date.
  7. The Institute will not be responsible for any postal delay

Registration Fee

For General/OBC/KM/PH category: Rs. 1500/

For candidates belonging to SC/ST category: Rs. 750/

Selection Process

The selection of candidates will be done on the basis of their performance in the NIPER Joint Entrance Exam 2023 (NIPER JEE) organized by the Institute.

Examination Pattern

  • The duration of the entrance test will be of 2 hours.
  • The question paper will comprise of 200 multiple objective choice questions asked from the related subjects of B.Pharm and M.Sc.
  • There will be negative marking of in the entrance test for wrong answers given by candidates. For each wrong response, ¼ marks will be deducted from the total.
