NICMAR (National Institute of Construction Management and Research), Pune has invited application for admission to PGP (Post Graduate Program) offered in  Project Engineering and Management (PEM), Advanced Construction Management (ACM), Real Estate and Urban Infrastructure Management (REUIM), Development and Management (IFDM), Infrastructure Finance, Management of Family Owned Construction Business (MFOCB), Health, Safety and Environment Management (HSEM) and Quantity Surveying and Contract Management (QSCM) at its Hyderabad, Pune, Goa and Indore campuses.

NICMAR, Pune PGP Admission 2021 Important dates (tentative)

• Last date for submitting the application form: January 2021
• NCAT/PI Date: January 2021
• Result gets declared: January 2021

Candidates should complete all admission formalities as per the dates specified above. Candidates who are fail to submit their application before the last date, application request of such applicants will be cancelled automatically.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates who are interested to apply for admission to PGD program offered at NICMAR, Pune need to fulfill the eligibility criteria mentioned below:

Eligibility criteria for PGP in HSEM

• Candidates should hold bachelor’s degree in engineering or diploma in engineering along with 4 years of experience. The minimum marks obtained by candidates by 50%.

Eligibility Criteria for PGP in MFOCB

• Candidates from a family involved in construction business are only eligible to apply.
• Candidates should be graduated in any discipline with 50% marks in aggregate.

Eligibility Criteria for PGP in PEM/ ACM/REUIM/ QSCM/ IFDM

• Candidates should be graduated in engineering with any discipline/planning/architecture and secured 50% marks in aggregate.
