It is highly expected that National Eligibility cum Entrance Test Post Graduate (NEET PG) exam will be replaced by the National Exit Test (NEXT) in 2023. However, it is not yet confirmed by the official authority including National Medical Commission (NMC) and the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) New Delhi. Meanwhile, NBE has also released the tentative exam date of NEET PG 2023.

There is a chance that NEXT will be implemented from 2024 onwards as the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences has released the tentative calendar of the exams to be conducted in 2022 and 2023. Have a look at the calendar first:
