NEST Exam Pattern 2021

National Entrance Screening Test i.e. NEST  notification may release in January 2021. NEST Exam Pattern 2021 Highlights 

Please have a look at the NEST exam paper pattern:

• There will be five sections of objective type questions in the question paper.
• Section 1 is assumed as the general section of 30 marks which will be compulsory for all candidates. There will not be any negative mark in this section.
• Section 2 to 5 will have subject-specific questions from PCMB (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Biology). Each section will contain 50 questions.
• Candidates are allowed to attempt questions from every section, however, the best three along with general section will be assumed for calculation.
• There will be negative marking system for subject-specific sections.
• The question paper will be in English language only.

How to Answer Questions?

Candidates need to mark their answers on OMR (Optical Mark Recognition) sheet only. They should be extremely careful while answering questions as answers should be marked in the recommended format.
