NEET MDS Counselling 2021: National Board of Examination (NBE) will conduct the NEET MDS 2021 exam from November to December 2020 and the result of the qualified candidates will be announced in the month of January 2021. After the announcement of result, NBE will invite the qualified candidates for counselling process. The Medical Council Committee (MCC) is the respective body which organizes the counselling to offer admission to MDS programmes over 50% All India quota of Government dental institutes. Counselling process for MDS seats
All India 50% Quota Seats: Medical Counseling Committee (MCC) of Directorate General of Health Services, Government of India will organize the counseling for All India 50% quota seats based on NEET MDS 2021 result.
State quota seats: The process of state quota seats counseling for admission to MDS courses will be organized by the nominated Counseling authority/ Union Territories/ Agency of the respective States using scores obtained in NEET MDS 2021 exam scores as per their eligibility criteria, applicable reservation policies and applicable Regulations, guidelines.
Admission to private Dental Institutes/ colleges, Universities, Deemed Universities: Counseling for MDS seats in private Dental Institutions/ Colleges, Universities & Deemed Universities will be organized by the nominated counseling authority of these Private Institutions/ Colleges, Universities and Deemed Universities based on NEET MDS 2018 rank and as per applicable reservation policy and Regulations and/or their eligibility criteria.
Admission to Armed Forces Medical Service institutions: Counseling for MDS admission in Armed Forces Medical Service Institutions/colleges will be held by the Army Dental Corps, Ministry of Defence – Government of India through candidate’s scores in NEET MDS 2021 exam and as per their eligibility criteria, applicable reservation and Regulations & guidelines.
List of documents required to carried at NEET MDS counselling 2021
All the qualified candidates are required to carry the following original documents:
- NEET MDS 2021 Result card/score card
- NEET MDS 2021 Admit Card
- Mark sheet of BDS 1st, 2nd and 3rd examinations
- Qualifying examination i.e. BDS Degree Certificate
- Permanent/Provisional certificate provided by DCI/Dental Council
- Internship completion certificate issued from the Head of the Institution
- 10th class certificate as proof of birth
- Valid Id Proofs (Driving License/ PAN Card/Voter ID/Passport or Aadhar Card)
- PH Medical Certificate (if required)
- SC/ST/OBC Certificate (if required)
