Established in the year 1943, National Institute of Visually Handicapped (NIVH) is a most reputed organization in our nation which engaged in education, rehabilitation, training and other services for the visually impaired and the professionals working for the same.  It is located in an area of more than 43 acres on Mussoorie – Dehradun Highway. The institute is dedicated to promote rights and dignity of people with visual handicapped. The NIVH has a huge experience in organizing various training courses and it also has a highly qualified team and trained faculty, which gives to create the quality training.

Eligibility Criteria: The applicant must have passed B.Ed (General) or B.Ed (Special Education) with one year Diploma Course in Special Education or equivalent qualification from any recognized university.

• Bachelor of Special Education (Visual Impairment) – one year

The applicant must have done bachelors degree or equivalent from any recognized university.

• Bachelor degree in Mobility Science
