Below, we are listing the tentative schedule for Mumbai University LLM admission 2022. The dates may be changed as per the university’s discretion.

Eligibility Criteria

It is must for all candidates to first check the eligibility criteria prescribed by the University to appear in the exam before starting the application fill-up process. The details of Mumbai University LLM Entrance test 2022 eligibility criteria are listed below:

• Interested candidates should have done LLB Degree Course.
• Candidates appearing in the final semester of 3 or 5 years LLB Degree programme from the University of Mumbai or Other Universities are also eligible to apply for LLM Entrance Examination.

Application Form

Interested and eligible candidates can obtain the prescribed application for LLM Entrance Exam for admission to the LLM Degree programme from the University Website i.e. http://mu.ac.in/portal/department-of-law/. Candidates need to submit the duly filled in form along with the applicable fee (which is non-refundable) to the Department of Law before the due date. Applications received after the scheduled date will not be entertained.

Application Fee

• LLM Entrance Exam Fees for General Category candidates: Rs.1500/- (By Demand Draft)
• Entrance Exam Fees for Reserved Category candidates: Rs.750/- (By Demand Draft)

Examination Pattern

• The LLM Entrance exam paper will contain 50 Objective type questions with multiple-choice for total of 100 marks.
• There will be no negative marking in the test.
• The paper will conduct in the English language.

Selection Process

The selection of the candidates will be made strictly on the basis of merit in the LLM entrance examination subject to reservation policy of the government and regulations prescribed by the university.

Applicants are required to obtain minimum qualifying marks in the Entrance test as follows:

• General Category -30%
• Reserved Category- 20%
