MUCLET Application Form 2022: How to Apply, Exam Fee

MUCLET Application Form 2022: Mumbai University Common Law Entrance Test (MUCLET) is organized for providing admission into Integrated Five Years Management & Law Degree Programme B.B.A.LL.B. (Hons.) Course. The application form for MUCLET will be most probably announced in the month of July 2022. Eligible candidates can download the MUCLET application form from the official web portal of Mumbai University i.e. www.mu.ac.in/MUCLET.

Candidates first need to download the application form from the official website and thereafter, take a printout of the same on legal size plain paper.

Entrance Exam Fee

• Fee for General Category Candidates: Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand Only)
• Fee for Reserved Category Candidates: Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One thousand only)

Candidates, who want to claim for exemption under reserved category, are required to produce a copy of the recommenced certificate, validity and Non Creamy layer certificate as issued by the related authority along with application form.

Candidates have to make payment of entrance exam fee through demand draft only. Payment through Cash / Money Order / Postal Order / Personal Cheques won’t be considered valid. The draft must be drawn in favour of “The Finance and Accounts Officer, University of Mumbai,” payable at Mumbai. Candidates must provide their name and contact number at the backside of the demand draft.

How to Apply for MUCLET?

First Step: First of all candidates need to download the application form from the official website of Mumbai University.

Second Step: Take the printout of form on legal size paper.

Third Step: Fill up the form with the requisite information.

Fourth Step: Obtain a demand draft of requisite application fee.

Fifth Step: Send hard copy of the form along with demand draft and necessary documents to University National Law School, Room No. 209, 2nd Floor, University of Mumbai, Fort Campus, M.G. Road, Fort, Mumbai 400032 OR at the office of School of Law, University of Mumbai, Thane Sub Campus, Behind Runwal Garden City, Ram Maruti Nagar, Balkum, Thane (W) 400 608. Please make sure that your application has been submitted before the given timeline.

Instruction to Fill up the Form

• 1^st Section:   In the first section of the application form, you need to provide your name, father’s/husband’s name and mother’s name.
• 2^nd Section: Under the second section, you need to mention your full communication address.
• 3^rd Section: In the third section, you’ll have to provide your permanent address.
• 4^th Section: You’ll have to write down your date of birth.
• 5^th Section: Here you’ll have to choose your sex, whether it is male or female.
• 6^th Section: You need to choose your category over here.
• 7^th Section: You need to make a selection of admission applied for University National Law School, For Campus or School of Law, Thane Sub Campus.
• 8^th Section: You need to provide your educational qualification details.
• 9^th Section: You need to write your nationality.
• 10^th Section: You need to write Yes/No, whether you are a Maharashtra Domiciled candidate.
• 11^th Section: You have to choose the exam centre for Fort Campus / Thane Sub Campus.
• 12^th Section: Here you’ll have to provide exam fee payment information.
