MU OET Exam Pattern & Syllabus

MU OET Exam Pattern: Manipal University online entrance test exam pattern will give you an overall idea regarding questions’ type, marking scheme, test duration and other related details. If you are comfortable with paper pattern then you can appear for the exam more comfortably.

All candidates appearing for MU OET they should be aware of exam pattern. Based on paper pattern analysis, you can plan your study for a better level of preparation. As you know that 50% is must to be achieved in order to qualify the test and hence candidates should plan their preparation accordingly.

Exam Pattern for B.Tech Programme

• Duration of the test will be two and half hours;
• There will be 200 MCQ type questions are asked in the exam;
• Questions will be asked from Chemistry, Physics, English & General Aptitude.
• Distribution of questions will be as follows: Chemistry-50, Physics -50, Mathematics-70, English & General Aptitude-30.
• Candidates are allowed to choose the test schedule through the Online Test Booking System.

 Exam Pattern for B.Tech Lateral Entry Programme

• Duration of the exam will be for 1 hour.
• Questions will be asked in the exam from Diploma level-Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics and Communication Skills in English.
• Candidates who have graduated in Science they will get a separate question paper consisting 70 Questions from Mathematics and 20 Questions from Communication Skills in English.
