MP B.Ed Application Form 2021: Application Fee, Last Date, Online Registration

The application form of MP B.Ed entrance test 2021 will be released by MP VYAPAM board through its official website. Students may expect the month of availability of MP B.Ed application form as the third week of April 2021. Candidates are required to submit the form with accurate details only. The candidature of a candidate can be cancelled at any point of time if the details furnished by him/her found wrong at any point of time. No details can be altered once the form is submitted.

At the time filling online application, candidates would be asked to enter their personal, educational and contact information. They will be also required to upload their recently taken signature and photograph in the prescribed sizes. After entering the necessary details and uploading images, candidates may proceed with making payment of application fee.

Important Things to Consider

• Candidates can fill up and submit the form in online mode only.
• They need to furnish only genuine entries in the form.
• If your application is incomplete then it is liable to be rejected.
• Applications forms, submitted through any other means, will not be accepted.
• Candidates are restricted to submit their applications before the last date notified by the authority otherwise it won’t be considered valid for the admission.

How to fill up the Form Online?

Personal Information

Under the ‘Personal Info’ section candidates would be asked to enter information such as their name, gender, category, date of birth, mother tongue, nationality etc.

Educational Qualification

Under the ‘Educational Qualification’ section you would be asked to enter details such as name of the institution, passing year, marks achieved, percentage etc.

Communication Details

Under the ‘communication details’ section you will be asked to provide information such as address, state, mobile number, pin, email ID.

Once you complete filling the form then you need to upload the signature and photograph according to the specification prescribed. At the last, you need to make payment of application fee and obtain a printout of the form.

 Application Fee

• Application fee for candidates of General (UR) category candidates – Rs 500/-
• SC/ST/PWD/OBC category: Rs 250/-

The application fee can be paid by using the Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Net Banking. Please make a note students who have submitted their application form successfully are only eligible to download their respective admit card.
