About Meghalaya Board of School Education                  

The Meghalaya Board of School of Education was formed to regulate, supervise and control the subject matters pertaining to School Education in the state of Meghalaya, India. Earlier the board was set up to control SSLC exams but since 1996 the board has also become responsible for conducting SSLC as well as HSSLC exams in the state.  It provides affiliation to 1400 schools spread across the state of Meghalaya and assures complete aid and support.

Role of Meghalaya Board of School Education at a Glance

Meghalaya Board of School Education Examinations is conducted for both SSLC and HSSLC class standards. The exams are conducted in the month of the march. The results of the exams conducted are updated on the official website. The Meghalaya Board of School Education is also responsible for devising the syllabus for all classes along with SSLC and HSSLC.
