Meghalaya ANM 2024 Eligibility Criteria

Those candidates who are looking to apply must ensure that they are eligible before filling the application form. The eligibility criteria for Meghalaya ANM 2024 are as follows.

Gender

  • Only unmarried female candidates who are permanent residents of the state of Meghalaya are eligible

Age Limit

  • The age of a candidate should be between 17 and 30 years as of 31st December 2024.

Educational Qualification

  • Aspirants must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination recognized by MBOSE/ CBSE/ ICSE/ SSSCE/ HSCE board.

Medical Fitness

  • All candidates who are looking to apply must be medically fit.

Meghalaya ANM 2024 Application Form

The application form for Meghalaya ANM will release in online mode. Interested and eligible candidates who are looking to apply must visit the official website i.e. http://www.meghealth.gov.in in order to register. The complete details related to the application form submission are provided below.

  • First of all, candidates have to visit the official website i.e. http://www.meghealth.gov.in and register themselves.
  • At the time of registration, aspirants are required to provide their basic details including name, email address, phone number, etc.
  • After registration, candidates will be allowed to sign-in and access the main application form.
  • In the main application form, aspirants have to provide their complete educational, personal, and contact details.
  • The detail entered in the application form must be accurate. Otherwise, candidature of applicants can get rejected.
  • Along with the details, aspirants have to upload scanned images of their following documents.

Meghalaya ANM 2024 Selection Process

  • The admission authority will not conduct any entrance exam in order to shortlist candidates for admission.
  • The selection of candidates who are medically fit and eligible will be done purely on the basis of merit and subject to reservation policy of the State Government.
  • Please note that only those candidates will get their names in the merit who will fill and submit the application form before the last date.

Result and Merit list

  • The list of those candidates who will get selected for admission will be displayed on the notice board of Directorate of Health Services (Mi), Shillong and Office of the District Medical & Health Officer, Tura, West Garo Hills.
  • Apart from this, the merit list will also be published on the official website.
  • Please note that no individual intimation will be sent to selected candidates.
  • Only those candidates who will get their names on the merit list will be allowed to take part in the further rounds of the admission process.

Meghalaya ANM 2024 Counselling

  • Those successful candidates who will get their names on the merit list will be asked to report immediately to the Deputy Director of Nursing, Directorate of Health Services (MI).
  • It is compulsory for all candidates to report for counselling as per the defined schedule. Otherwise, they will automatically lose their right to the nomination. In such a case, the next eligible candidate on the merit list will get the nomination.
  • It is also compulsory for all candidates to make sure that carry their original documents at the time of the counselling.
  • The allotment of seats will take place on the basis of qualifying examination merit list and choice filled during the counselling.
