RUHS PRE D.M / M.CH Examination 2023 Important Dates (Tentative)

 Eligibility Criteria 

• An applicant who wants to get admitted into D.M. /M.Ch. programme should hold MD/MS degree in the related stream or equivalent qualification from Rajasthan University of Health Sciences or the University of Rajasthan or any other university recognized by National Board of Examinations.
• Candidates appearing or pursuing in the final year of MD/MS postgraduate degree program may also apply for Pre D.M/M.Ch Examination 2023. Provided, they have to qualify the PG degree program and has to produce marks statement/provisional certificate of University at the time of first counseling.
• The applicants of Rajasthan Medical Service or Jhalawar Medical College or RUHS or Rajasthan State Medical and Health Services should have done 3 years of service after qualifying MD/MS examination before the due date of submission of on-line application form.

RUHS PRE D.M / M.CH 2023 Application form: How to apply?

Application form for PRE D.M / M.CH Examination will be available online. Interested and eligible candidates should visit the official website of RUHS i.e. www.ruhsraj.org and fill the online application. Before filling the application form, candidates are suggested to read the instructions for filling online application form very carefully. In case of any discrepancy found during the scrutiny, the candidature of candidates will be rejected even if he/she comes through the final stage of the admission process.

Fill the all required details accurately. You can apply for a maximum of two subjects as per your eligibility. If you want to apply for more than one subject, you have to deposit a separate application form with separate application fee. Candidates have to pay Rs 5000/ as required application fee through e-mitra. Take the print out of duly filled in application form and submit the same along with necessary documents at address mentioned below:

Admit card

RUHS PRE D.M / M.CH Examination Admit card will be available to download at RUHS website. The university will not be sent admit card/hall ticket by post to any individual. All candidates are required to appear in the admission test along with valid admit card, failing in which they will not be allowed to enter the examination center.

Examination Pattern

The examination will consist of 100 multiple-choice questions. Each question will carry one mark. The duration of test will be 120 minutes i.e. 2 hours. The paper will contain questions from applied basic sciences and general subjects of Medicine for DM and Surgery for M.Ch. There will be also a negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer given by candidates in the theory papers.

Selection Process

The selection of eligible candidates to a Medical College will be made strictly through merit-based on Pre D.M. /M.Ch. Examination. The selection process will follow the following stages:

• Applicants will be scrutinized in the written paper in the subject concerned.
• Merit list will be made on the basis of marks scored by the applicants in the theory examination.
• A separate merit list will be made for each subject.
• The minimum qualifying marks in the selection examination required for all applicants are 50 (fifty).
