Candidates can obtain the MGIMS PMT 2021 application form in both i.e. online as well as offline mode. Candidates have two options of obtaining the application form; they can either obtain it with the payment of Rs 5000/- in cash at Cash counter of Account Section or the payment can be done through bank challan at State Bank of India. There are two modes of application fee payment i.e. online mode and offline mode. We are sharing below details regarding both the modes of obtaining the application form.
How to obtain the application form in offline mode?
In offline mode, candidates can obtain the prospectus and form through payment of Rs. 5000/- in cash. In such case candidates are required to do the payment at the Cash counter of account section. Deadline for receiving duly filled application form is March 2021.
How to obtain the application form in online mode?
Candidates are required to obtain the challan from the official website resource. After obtaining the form candidates need to do the payment in any SBI branch. Once of the payment is done, candidates need to send the original copy of challan through speed post to the address mentioned below:
