DU PGMET 2021– Delhi University Post Graduate Medical Entrance Test is organized by Faculty of Medical Sciences, University of Delhi for aspirants seeking admission to Post-Graduate (Degree/Diploma) & MDS programmes for 50% Delhi University Quota. The admission will be based on candidates’ NEET PG score.
DU PGMET 2021 Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates need to complete MBBS and BDS programme from University of Delhi.
- It’d be also essential to complete one year of rotating internship on or before 31st March 2021. You’ll be required to submit your internship certificate during counselling.
- General category candidates are essentially required to score minimum 50% marks in NEET PG 2021 (45% for General candidates with disability and 40% for OBC/SC/ST/OBC category),
- Candidates also need to fulfill physical fitness criteria as prescribed by the authority.
Eligibility Criteria for MD Program (Community Health Administration)
- You can apply only if you have completed MBBS exam and one year of rotating internship.
- You must have complete registration with State Medical Council/ Delhi Medical Council/ Medical Council of India.
- Aspirants must be completing 3 years of service on or before 31-03-2018.
- General category candidates are essentially required to score minimum 50% marks in NEET PG 2021 (45% for General candidates with disability and 40% for OBC/SC/ST/OBC category)
DU PGMET 2021 Important Dates

How to Apply?
If you are interested to apply for more than one course then you need to put a separate application for each course along with individual demand draft of the necessary amount. The following list of documents should be attached along with application form:
- Date of Birth evidence (High School/ Higher Secondary Certificate)
- Master’s degree/MBBS degree/BDS degree related certificate;
- Marks sheets of qualifying exams;
- Rotating internship certificate;
- BDS/MBBS exam attempt certificate;
- Registration certificate obtained from State Medical Council/ Delhi Medical Council/ Medical Council of India/Dental Council of India.
- OBC/ST/ST category certificate;
- Non-creamy layer certificate;
- Disability certificate, if applicable.
- If you are a working professional then you need to submit Employer’s Certificate and a No Objection certificate.
Merit List
Merit list of Delhi University Post Graduate medical entrance test will be obtained in the month of March 2021. Admission of students will strictly follow their rank in the merit list. Applicants whose names are listed in the merit list will be further invited to attend the counselling and admission procedure.
DU PGMET 2021 Counselling
Counselling procedure for DU PGMET 2021 is expected to be conducted in the month of April 2021. However, exact schedule will be provided to you after declaration of its respective notification. Candidates who are absent during counselling process they will have to write an application and pay Rs. 1000/- in cash additionally as penalty.
