Adesh University Nursing Admission 2022: Application Form, Eligibility Criteria, Important Dates

Adesh University nursing admission 2022: Applications will be invited by Adesh University, Bhatinda from eligible candidates for admission to four – years Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Nursing and two- years Post Basic B.Sc. (Nursing) courses at the Adesh College of Nursing for the academic year 2022-2022. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online for Admission to different courses offered by Adesh University.

Adesh University Nursing 2022 Eligibility Criteria

For B.Sc. Nursing course:

An applicant must be qualified in the subjects of PCB and English separately and should have scored at least of 45 % marks (40% marks for candidates belonging to SC/ST or other backward category) taken together in Physics, Chemistry and Biology at the qualifying examination i.e. 12th.

Candidates, who have done 10+2 examination in Science organized by National Institute of Open School with minimum of 45% marks, are also eligible to apply.

For Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing course:

Applicants must have done the senior secondary or higher secondary or intermediate or 10+2 or an equivalent examination recognized by the university for this purpose. Candidates, who have done 10+1 in or before 1987, will be eligible for admission

For General Nursing and Midwifery (G. N. M.)

• Candidates must have qualified the higher secondary education (12^th) from a school affiliated to a recognized board of education.
• Candidates must have studied Physics, Chemistry and Biology and English as compulsory subjects at the higher secondary level of education.
• In addition to that candidates must have secured minimum 45% marks at the higher secondary level education.
• The age of applicants must be between 17 years and 35 years.

Adesh University Nursing 2022 Application Form: How to apply

Interested and eligible candidates can either apply online or can download the application form from the official website of university i.e. www.adeshuniversity.ac.in. Before applying, applicants are advised to read information booklet and instructions carefully. After filling online application, candidate should deposit requisite fee in the University through Cash or Demand Draft in favour of “Registrar, Adesh University” payable at Bathinda.

After filling online application form, the University will send a Unique Registration Id. The login credentials i.e. Registration id and password will be sent to the candidate at his/her registered Mobile Number through SMS and email (specified by candidate).

Application fee:

They have to deposit a demand draft of Rs. 2000/- in favour of “Registrar, Adesh University” drawn on any scheduled/nationalized bank payable at Bhatinda must be sent along with the application form.

Application fee will not be sent in any other mode i.e. Cheque etc.

Adesh University Nursing 2022 Selection Process

The selection will be on the basis of inter-se-merit of the total marks obtained by the applicants in the qualifying examination.

• • The admission in the B.Sc. (Nursing) and Post Basic B.Sc. (Nursing) courses will be on the basis of the inter-­se-­merit which will be prepared on the basis of the marks attained by the candidates in the qualifying examination.
  • The admission in the GNM and M.Sc. (Nursing) the course will be directly on the basis of the merit list which will be prepared by the admission board on the basis of the marks and the performance of the candidates in the previous qualifying exams.
  • The university will conduct the counselling for admission after the commencement of the examination and thereafter admission will be provided.
