Steps to fill Maharashtra ITI Application Form 2023

The application form for Maharashtra ITI admission will be released on the official website of Directorate of Vocational Education and Training, Maharashtra www.admission.dvet.gov.in. The steps to fill the Maharashtra ITI application form 2023 are discussed below in details.

Step 1: Registration

Get ITI,Exam Updates through e-mail, by entering your details below.

New candidates will have to register themselves first after which they can obtain the application form. Into the registration form, the candidates need to provide their name, date of birth, mobile number, email id and create a password.

After providing these details, click on the ‘Register’ button to complete the registration process. A registration number will be generated after successful registration that can be used with the password created to open the application form.

Step 2: Filling the application

The registered candidates can proceed with the filling of online application form. In the application form, the candidates need to provide their basic details categorized in the following 7 categories:

  • Candidate profile: Gender, Date Of Birth, Nationality, Mother Tongue, Religion, Category, Aadhar Number*, Annual Family Income (details entered at the time of registration will be filled automatically)
  • Address detail: Country, Address, State, District, City/ Village, Taluka, Pin code
  • Parent/ guardian detail: Name, Occupation, State, District & Taluka Working In, Annual Income, Domicile State, District & Taluka of both Mother and Father
  • Additional weightage data: Defence Category Details and Disability Details, if applicable
  • Qualification details: School District, City/ Village and Taluka, Marks obtained in SSC for Government school candidates, etc
  • Previous ITI details: Name of ITI, Name of Trade, Year of Admission, Year of Passing
  • Undertaking: An undertaking that all the details provided in the application form are correct and true to their knowledge

*Candidates who do not have an Aadhaar card should get one before applying for the admission.

Step 3: Saving the application & generating PDF

Once all the details are entered into the ITI application form, the candidates can save the form and generate a PDF of the same. This PDF should be kept safe by the candidates in case of future reference. You can also check the details of the application form by clicking in the ‘Previous Page’ option instead of ‘generate PDF & Save’.

Step 4: Submission of application

Check all the details carefully into the application form and if no error found, click on the ‘Confirm button to submit the application. Click on the ‘Edit’ button if you wish to make any changes in the form. After submission, two copies receipt-cum acknowledgement slip will be generated. Candidates should get both the copies duly signed by the Admission In-charge. The candidate copy will be returned to the candidate that should be kept safe by them.

Payment of application fee

To complete the process of application, the candidates also need to make payment of the prescribed amount of application fee. The category-wise fee for Maharashtra ITI Application Form 2020 is provided below.

  • For unreserved category candidates of Maharashtra state: Rs. 150/-
  • For candidates outside Maharashtra state: Rs. 300/-
  • For reserved category candidates of Maharashtra state: Rs. 100/-
  • For NRI candidates: Rs. 500/-
