Maharashtra ITI Admission 2022 Application Form

The application form is now available at the official website www.scvtup.in. The applicants must go through the instruction thoroughly before starting the application process. The application process has been commenced now. All the applicants must apply on or before the last date of submission of application forms. The applicants can get the application forms from the official website mentioned above and enter the genuine details asked in the application forms. It is advised that you read the completely filled application form before submitting it to avoid the discrepancies.

The applicants need to pay the application fee to complete the application process. The application fee to be paid is Rs. 250/- (for reserved categories the application fee is Rs. 150/-). The applicants have to submit the application forms offline once they pay the application fee.

Maharashtra ITI Eligibility Criteria 2022

The eligibility criteria for the examination are decided by the examination authority. Make sure that you fulfill the eligibility criteria mentioned by the authority, hence it is important that you read the eligibilities mentioned below before applying for the examination.

  • The minimum age of the applicants must be 14 years to apply for Maharashtra ITI Admission 2022.
  • The relaxation in age will be provided to the reserved categories as per the rules & regulation of the organization.
  • The applicants must have passed 12th standard examination with Mathematics & Physics from any recognized university or Central Govt. Board of Education.
  • For 1-year Mason- Building Constructor and Plumber: Candidates who have passed or failed the class 10th or equivalent exam can apply.
  • For 1-year Food & Beverage Guest Service Assistant, Physiotherapy Technician, Cabinet Furniture Maker, Baker & Confectioner, Basic Cosmetology, Carpenter, Computer Operator & Programming Assistant, Computer Hardware & Network Maintenance, Sewing Technology, Desktop Publishing Operator, Digital Photographer, Stenography (Marathi), Stenographer Secretarial Assistant (English), Dress Making, Surface Ornamentation Technique, Fashion Design & Technology, Fire Technology & Industrial Safety Management, Food & Beverage Service Assistant, Food Production, Health Sanitary Inspector, Hospital Housekeeping, Mechanic (Auto Body Repair/ Auto Body Painting), Multimedia Animation & Special Effects, Photography, General Fitter Cum Mechanic, Welder, Foundryman and Front Office Assistant: The candidates should have cleared their class 10th or equivalent exam in order to be eligible.
  • For 1-year Architectural Draughtsman (SCVT), Pump Operator Cum Mechanic (SCVT), Fruits & Vegetable Processing, Rubber Technician, Interior Design & Decoration, Mechanic Tractor, Mechanic Auto Electrical & Electronics, Mechanic Diesel, Plastic Processing Operator: Applicants need to pass their class 10th or equivalent exam with Mathematics & Science as compulsory subjects.
  • For 2-year Wireman: The applicants who have passed or failed in their class 10th or equivalent exam are eligible.
  • For 2-year Technician Power Electronics System, Wet Processing Technician, Painter General, Mechanic Consumer Electronics Appliances, Mechanic Machine Tools Maintenance, Surveyor, Dental Laboratory Equipment Technician, Electronics Mechanic, Textile Mechanic Refrigeration & Air Conditioner: A pass in class 10th or equivalent exam is required to be eligible for admission to these trades.
  • For 2-year Technician Medical Electronics, Fitter, Weaving Technician, Architectural Draughtsman, Attendant Operator (Chemical Plant), Draughtsman (Civil/ Mechanical), Electrician, Electroplater, Information & Communication Technology System Maintenance, Mechanic Motor Cycle, Instrument Mechanic, Turner, Machinist, Machinist Grinder, Marine Fitter, Maintenance Mechanic Chemical Plant, Mechanic Agricultural Machinery, Mechanic Motor Vehicle, Technician Mechatronics, Operator Advance Machine Tools, Pre-Preparatory School Management, Tool & Die Maker, Secretarial Practice- English: Those who have passed their class 10th or equivalent exam with Mathematics & Science can apply for these trades.

Admit Card 

The admit cards can be downloaded from the official website. The admit card will have important information about the examination. It is an important document to enter the examination hall. Your admit card will have the details of the examination including date, time, venue etc. You also need to bring a photo ID proof along with admit card on the day of examination.

Result

The Directorate of Vocational Education & Training Maharashtra will publish the examination result after few weeks of the examination. The result will be released in the official website in the form of pdf format. The successful applicants will be called for counseling. The applicants will get a chance of counseling based on their performance in the entrance examination.

Cut Offs 

The cut offs are the marks that have to be scored by the applicants in order to qualify the examination. The cut off marks are the minimum qualifying marks. These marks will be decided by the examination authority based on various factors such as No. of applicants applied for examination, No. of seats available etc. The merit list will be prepared on the basis of cut off marks. Hence, in order to get selected for counseling it is very important that you score the cut off marks.

Counseling Process for MH ITI Admission 2022

The counseling will start once the result declared by DVET. The organization will provide the call letter to the qualified applicants to take part in counseling. The applicants will be shortlisted on the basis of merit list prepared by the examination authority on result declaration. The final selection of the applicants will be done through counseling.

Can I fill my application form through offline mode?

No. The application form has been released through online mode.

Is there any admission test conducted for selection to Maharashtra ITI colleges?

No admission test will be conducted. Selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of their class 10th marks.

Can a candidate outside Maharashtra apply for admission?

Yes the candidates from outside Maharashtra state can apply. But benefits of reservation will only be given to the Maharashtra state candidates.
