M.J. P. Rohilkhand University LLB Admission 2021: Mahatma Jyotiba Phule (MJP) Rohilkhand University will be inviting applications from eligible candidates for admission to LLB programme for the academic year 2021-2022. Interested and eligible candidates must apply as per prescribed schedule.

Eligibility Criteria for M. J. P. Rohilkhand University LLB Admission 2021

Candidates must ensure that they are fulfilling the required eligibility criteria for appearing in the LLB admission entrance test. The important eligibility conditions are as follows:

• Candidates seeking admission to LLB programme at Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Rohilkhand University should have done graduation from the institution/ college recognized by MJP Rohilkhand University with scoring minimum of 45% marks (40% in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST Category).
• Candidates, who are appearing in the qualifying examination may also eligible to apply for LLB Admission. Provided they should produce the passing result of qualifying examination at the time of counseling for admission.
• Candidates, who have done 10+2 or graduation/Post graduation through distance or open Universities system directly without possessing any basic qualifications for prosecuting, are not eligible to apply for admission in Law courses.

Reservation criteria

There will be reservation of seats as per following:

• Scheduled caste (SC): 21%
• Scheduled tribe (ST): 2%
• Other Backward Category: 27%
• Physically disabled candidates: 3%
• Defense personnel: 5%
• Freedom fighter: 2%
• Female candidates: 20%

Application form: How to apply?                

The interested and eligible candidates will apply for LLB Programme admission by filling online application form by visiting the university’s official website i.e. http://www.mjpru.ac.in/as per schedule date. Candidates have to pay a sum of Rs. 450/- (Rs. 450 + bank Fee) as required application Fee for LLB course. Candidates can remit the online fee by Net banking/ Credit Card/ Debit Card. After the successful payment of application fee candidate should print their duly filled application form. Take this printed copy of application form for any future reference.

Exam pattern

• The entrance test will consist of 200 multiple choice type questions from the following sections

1. General Hindi: 40 questions
2. General English- 40 questions
3. General Knowledge, Current affairs including legal awareness: 120 questions

• Each right response will be awarded 1 mark.
• ¼ marks will be deducted for every incorrect answer given by the candidate.
