LSAT 2022 application form submission last date has been extended till 8th June 2022 for June 2022 session. The Law School Admission Test (LSAT 2022) is a standardized test for reading and verbal reasoning skills designed by the Law School Admission Council (LSAC). Through this test, candidates get the opportunity of enrolling in the law courses in India as well as Abroad. In India, this test is held on an annual basis. The test will be conducted on 15th January 2022 for January session and 9th May 2022 for May session. Candidates need to study hard for the test to obtain great scores. Eligibility Criteria for LSAT 2022

The eligibility criteria vary from college to college. Therefore, candidates should visit the website of the colleges associated with the LSAC. Given below are the basic eligibility criteria that a candidate must fulfill in order to appear for the test-

For B.A LLB: Candidates should have passed class 12th from a recognized board and have scored minimum 45% marks.

For LLB: Candidates should have obtained a bachelor’s degree with minimum 45% marks from a recognized university.

For LLM: Candidates should have done 3 year LLB course from a recognized university with at least 45% marks. Those appearing in the final year of LLB can also apply for the test.

Ph.D law: Candidates should hold the masters degree in law with minimum 50% marks.

LSAT 2022 Application Form

Applicants can register themselves for the exam by logging on to https://www.lsac.org/. On completing the registration, candidates will get a unique registration number which they need to mention while submitting the application form to the associated colleges. Candidates need to download the application form from the website of the associated colleges. The particulars mentioned in the application form must be filled very carefully. After filling the form, candidates need to pay the application fee for the exam and submit the form to the associate colleges.

The syllabus for LSAT 2022 is given below-

Reading Comprehension: This section assesses the ability of a candidate to read and understanding, examples of lengthy and complex materials similar to those commonly encountered in law school. It contains four sets of reading questions, each consisting of a selection of reading material, followed by four to nine questions that test reading and reasoning abilities.

Analytical Reasoning: This section measures the candidate’s ability to understand a structure of relationships and to draw logical conclusions. It will also include questions on deduction from a set of statements and rules or principles that describe relationships among persons, things, or events.

Logical Reasoning: This section assesses the ability of a candidate to analyze, critically evaluate, and complete arguments as they occur in ordinary language. Candidates will be asked to comprehend a short passage, and then answer a question about it. The questions are designed to assess a wide range of skills involved in thinking critically, with an emphasis on skills that are central to legal reasoning.
