Kurukshetra University B.Ed. Application Form 2021: Apply Online, Last Date

Kurukshetra University is one of the finest universities in the state of Haryana. Those candidates who want to pursue B.Ed. from the Kurukshetra University need to fill and submit the application form before the last date. The application form will release in online mode only. Aspirants must ensure that they are eligible as per the norms of the university before applying. It is expected that the application form will release in the month of March 2021. Along with the application form, candidates also need to pay the necessary fees before the last date. Things to have in order to apply

Before filling the application form, aspirants must keep the following details, and images of documents. Please note that the size of any of the images should not exceed 500 KB.

• A Valid Email ID (the email should be valid for at least 1 year), a valid mobile number as all information via SMS will be sent to this number.
• Image of scanned photograph in jpg / jpeg format.
• Image of scanned signature in jpg / jpeg format.
• Personal details
• Image of scanned Matriculation or equivalent examination certificate in support of the date of birth and marks.
• Image of scanned 10+2 or equivalent examination certificate in support of the marks.
• Image of scanned Certificate showing marks obtained and maximum marks in qualifying examination(s).
• Image of scanned Certificate on the prescribed proforma for candidates belonging to SC/ BC/ EWSs/ DFF/ ESM/ DA categories of Haryana.
• Image of scanned Income Certificate of Parental Income from all sources, in case of Tuition Fee Waiver (TFW) quota and BC (A) & (B) Category candidates.
• Image of scanned Joint Affidavit by the real parents of the girl child on non-judicial paper of Rs. 10/-duly attested by 1st Class Magistrate for Supernumerary Seat for Single Girl Child for admission in KUK only, as per Annexure, if applicable.
• Image of scanned self-declaration will also be given by the eligible applicant that she is the only single girl child/only two girl children of her real parents with no male child.
• Image of scanned Bonafide Resident Certificate as per Appendix, if applicable. Candidates who have passed their qualifying examination from a University in the State of Haryana will be deemed to be Haryana residents and will not be required to submit a certificate of bonafide resident of Haryana as per guidelines of Appendix.
• Image of scanned Valid GATE/GPAT Score/ Rank Card, if applicable.
• Image of scanned Employer’s Certificate in case of employee, if applicable.
• Image of Migration Certificate and proof of current residence of Kashmiri Migrants.
• Image of Domicile Certificate of Kashmiri Pandit/ Kashmiri Hindu Families (Non-Migrants) living in Kashmir Valley.
• Character Certificate as per the following details:
  • Private Candidates: Candidates who have passed the qualifying examination as private candidates should submit their character certificate duly signed by a First Class Magistrate.
  • Candidates who have recently qualified: Candidates who have passed/appeared in the qualifying examination in 2020 session must submit Character Certificate from the Head of the Institution last attended

How to apply?

Given below are the steps that candidates need to follow in order to apply for the Kurukshetra University B.Ed. Admission.

Registration 

• To start the application process, aspirants have to register themselves through the official website kukadmissions.in.
• On the official website, candidates need to click on the “New Registration” tab to begin the registration process.
• Then, candidate need to enter the following details in the registration form.
  • Name as per mentioned in the class 10th certificate
  • Email ID
  • Mobile number
  • Password
  • Confirm Password
  • Captcha Code
• After that, aspirants have to click on the “Register” button.
• Now, a confirmation email will be sent to the registered email ID and phone number of the candidate.
• Candidates have to click on the verification link from the registered email ID in order to verify it.
• A registration ID will be generated and will be communicated to the registered mobile number of the candidates.

Note: As you can see, a verification link shall be sent to the applicant’s e-mail ID and the registration process shall get completed only when the verification link is clicked upon and the E-mail ID is verified. So, candidates must enter the email ID very carefully without doing any typing mistake.

Filling Details in the Application Form

• After completing the registration process, candidates have to login using the user ID and password generated at the time of the registration.
• Next, the candidates have to enter their details in the application form carefully. Some of the details to be entered in the application form are as follows.
  • Personal Details: Name, Father’s Name, Mother’s Name, Date of birth, Gender, Category, Sub-category, etc.
  • Educational Details: Name of the qualifying exam, marks secured, name of the institute, year of passing, etc.
  • Contact Details: Permanent Address, Address of correspondence, etc.

Note: The details entered in the application form must be accurate. Authorities will verify the documents during the later stages of the admission. In case of incorrect information, the application form of a candidate can get rejected.

Uploading the documents

• After entering all the necessary details, candidates have to upload the scanned images of all the required documents as given below.
  • Photograph
  • Signature
  • Matriculation or equivalent examination certificate
  • 10+2 or equivalent examination certificate
  • Certificate showing marks obtained and maximum marks in the qualifying exam
  • Category certificate
  • Income certificate of the parents
  • Joint Affidavit by the real parents of the girl child on non-judicial paper of Rs. 10/-duly attested by 1st Class Magistrate for Supernumerary Seat for Single Girl Child for admission in KUK only
  • Bonafide Resident Certificate
  • Employer’s Certificate in case of employee
  • All other documents as required for the admission.
• The size of any of the images should not exceed 500 KB.

Note: Not uploading of required documents will be considered as an incomplete application form. The same will be identified and rejected for admission by the Admission Committee of the Department. Also, the applicants must upload the correct Photograph and Signature as the facility for correction in images will not be given.

Application Fee Payment

• After submitting all the details in the application form, aspirants can move on to pay the required application fee.
• The application fee must be paid in online mode using methods like a credit card, debit card, or internet banking.
• Once the application fee is paid, Candidates are required to check the status of fee payment at Kurukshetra university website and if the status is “OK”, the candidate will be able to take the printout of Confirmation Page.
• If the status of the application fee payment is not “OK”. Then, it means that the transaction is cancelled. Candidates will get a refund as per the university norms.
• The application fee for the candidates of different categories is given below.
  • General candidates: Rs. 800/-
  • SC/ BC/ Blind candidates of Haryana only: Rs. 200/-
• It is advised that the candidates should take a printout of the application form submitted and fee receipt for future requirements.
