KLUEEE 2023: Application Form, Exam Date, Syllabus, Eligibility Criteria

KLUEEE 2023 stands for KLU Engineering Entrance Exam 2023. This exam is conducted by the Koneru Lakshmaiah (KL) University to choose the students for admission to its B.Tech, B.Pharma, and B.Arch courses. It is an online exam in which the candidates have to answer 160 questions in 3 hours. Candidates who are looking to appear for this exam can fill and submit the application form either in online or offline mode. Aspirants looking for B.Arch admission can also apply based on the NATA score. The KLUEEE 2023 exam is conducted twice in a year. The application process will begin in the month of September 2020.

KLUEEE 2023 Overview

• Apart from the KLUEEE 2023 score, the university will also offer admission based on other engineering entrance exams as well like JEE Main, EAMCET, etc.
• Candidates who have studied PCB subject group in class 12th can apply for B.Tech in Biotechnology field only.
• The eligibility criteria of the KLUEEE 2023 exam depend upon the course for which the candidate is applying. So, it is important for the aspirant to check the eligibility criteria carefully before submitting the form.
• The application fee for all the candidates is the same regardless of their categories.
• Candidates who are going to appear for the 10+2 or equivalent exam in the year 2023 are also eligible.

Only those candidates are eligible who fulfill the criteria listed below.

For B.Tech

• The candidate must have passed the 10+2 or equivalent exam with at least 60% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics subjects.
• Applicants having at least 60% aggregate marks in Chemistry, Physics, and Biology subjects are eligible for B.Tech (Biotechnology) only.

For B.Arch

• In order to apply for the B.Arch Admission, the candidate must have passed the 10+2 exam with at least 60% marks.

For B.Pharmacy

• The aspirant must have passed the 10+2 or any equivalent exam with at least 60% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/ Biology subjects

KLUEEE 2023 Application Form

Koneru Lakshmaiah (KL) University accepts the KLUEEE 2023 application form in both online and offline mode to help the candidates apply as per their convenience. Details about both the modes of applications are as follows.

  Online Mode of Application 

• Those candidates who want to apply in online mode have to visit the official website.
• The link to the application form will be available on the homepage of the official website itself.
• After accessing the application form, the candidates should provide all of their required academic, personal, and contact details very carefully.
• Apart from the details, candidates need to upload the scanned images of the passport size photograph and signature.
• Then, aspirants have to pay the application fee in online mode.
• For future reference, applicants should keep a printout of the submitted application form safely.

Offline Mode of Application

• To apply in offline mode, candidates have to collect the application form from the university campus.
• After getting the application form, applicants need to fill it in very neat and clean handwriting.
• It is also mandatory to affix the photograph of the candidate on the application form.
• The duly filled application form must be put in the self-addressed envelope.
• The envelope needs to be submitted by post or by hand.

Application Fee

• The KLUEEE Application Fee 2023 for all the candidates is Rs. 1100/-
• Candidates applying offline can pay the fee in cash or by a demand draft.
• In online mode, candidates can pay through online payment gateways using a credit card, debit card or internet banking.

KLUEEE 2023 Admit Card

• Admit cards for all the candidates who will apply before the last date will be uploaded on the official website.
• A candidate can download the admit card by entering his/her registration number.
• An admit card comprises information such as examination venue, schedule, etc.
• An applicant must reach the exam center as per the timings mentioned on the admit card. Otherwise, he/she will not be allowed to enter the examination hall.
• It is also compulsory to carry an admit card and one photo ID proof at the time of the exam.

KLUEEE 2023 Result

• After the KLUEEE 2023 exam, the university will declare the result in online mode.
• Candidates have to visit the official website and login with their credentials generated at the time of registration in order to check the result.
• A result card will contain information about the rank and marks secured by the candidates in the examination.
• Those aspirants who will score more than cutoff marks will be invited to the counselling process.

KLUEEE 2023 Counselling

• On the basis of the rank secured by candidates in the exam, the university will invite the candidates to the KLUEEE Counselling 2023.
• Apart from the KLUEEE 2023, the authorities will also invite the candidates on the basis of their marks in JEE Main and other engineering entrance exams.
• In the counselling process, the candidates are required to enter the choice of the branch of engineering they want to study.

Question – 1: Due to some reason I am unable to take KLUEEE 2023 exam. Can I still apply for B.Tech admission?

Answer: Yes, the university also accepts the scores of premier state level and national level engineering entrance exams including JEE Main/ JEE Advanced/ EAMCET, etc. Additionally, the university also provides admission based on the Uni-gauge score as well.

Question – 2: When will the application process begin?

Answer: It is expected that the application process will start in the month of September 2022.
